Job Summary
The Human Resources Administrator will be exposed to, and work across all Human Resources disciplines supporting our HR department, which includes, but is not limited to, recruiting, HRIS, benefits administration, acquisitions, training, learning and development, and employee relations.
This position will be a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days at home). Essential Functions of the Job Responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day administrative operations for the HR department, including mail, scheduling, communications, and the shared HR inbox
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and iniatitives, escalating as needed
- Complete I-9 verifications in accordance with federal requirements
- Process new hires, job changes, and terminations in the HRIS
- Support HR audits and compliance activities, including compliance training tracking, EEOC reporting, policy/handbook acknowledgements, and labor law poster updates
- Maintain organization charts, employees directories, and HR systems; asist with HRIS projects and reporting
- Support benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, life event changes, and responding to routine employee questions on plan basics
- Support recruiting efforts, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and other tasks to enhance the candidate experience
- Maintain the job description database in Payfactors, partnering with HRBPs and managers to keep job descriptions current
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and community involvement iniaitives at headquarters
- Building working knolwedge of HR industry trends, best practices, and labor laws
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times

- Experience working in an HRIS for personnel management, benefits and recruiting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and abilities required.
