Use of the Geescore™ Service — including scoring, scoring widgets, the Extension, job apps, job boards, and all other communications and/or interactions — implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions herein, by User and Company. No warranties or guarantees are offered or implied in any of these products or services. The Score should not be the sole factor used in hiring a User.
A User uploads their resume, and shares their email and zipcode, and after analysis by Geescore™, will be assigned a score, on a best efforts basis, for a specific job opportunity, at a specific moment in time. The User is given an opportunity to “Get a Higher Score” by adding data, sharing links, and fixing errors. The User agrees that by using the service, uploading and on sharing their resume and other materials, Geescore™ may from time to time, use the resume or other materials, to assign the User a score for a specific job opportunity, and/or identify other job opportunities for which the User has a high score, and share information with registered hiring companies. The score is assigned by Geescore™. The methods used to assign this score are confidential. The score does not imply suitability or projected success of the User for any job. The score should not be the sole factor used in hiring a User.

The Extension's single purpose is to help Users evaluate job postings and apply to jobs faster. On job listing and application pages, it reads visible page content to compute a Score and display it in an on-page widget, and, at the User's request, can autofill application fields using the User's My Jobscore profile. Installing and using the Extension constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the Extension-specific data practices described in our Privacy Policy. Unlike the sharing described above for the core scoring service, Data processed by the Extension (authentication tokens, autofill profile data, and scraped page content) is used solely to operate the Extension's features and is not shared with hiring companies or other third parties.
These Terms apply equally to My Jobscore and to all Whitelabel Editions. A User of any Whitelabel Edition is a User of the Service for purposes of these Terms, regardless of the brand or state name under which the Service is presented.
Geescore™, My Jobscore™, and associated logos are trademarks of Geescore Inc. The Service, including its scoring methodology, software, and content, is owned by Geescore Inc. and is licensed, not sold, to Users and Companies for use in accordance with these Terms.
The Service, including the Score and the Extension, is provided "as is" and "as available," on a best-efforts basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Score is a best-efforts estimate at a specific moment in time and does not guarantee suitability, hiring outcomes, or projected success for any job.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geescore Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of employment opportunity, arising from your use of the Service or the Extension, including reliance on a Score or on autofilled application data.
You may stop using the Service at any time, including by uninstalling the Extension. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, for any User or Company, for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we determine, in our discretion, is harmful to other Users, Companies, or the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Geescore Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the revision date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
