We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to be based at the outpatient clinic in Oak Brook, IL. The Patient Coordinator is responsible for the overall flow of patients in clinic. Candidate must have good customer service skills, attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level position; we are willing to train the right candidate, although medical office experience is a plus. The schedule will be Monday - Friday, no weekends/holidays.

Position Overview As a Gohfr Contractor Driver, you’ll pick up items from the local service center and deliver them directly to locations located within a 1-hour radius. Key Responsibilities Pick up goods from the client’s service center Deliver to locations promptly and professionally within a ~100-mile range Respond to on-demand delivery alerts through the Gohfr driver app Handle goods and items with care and follow delivery protocols Provide excellent customer service during all interactions Maintain professional, conscious conduct during deliveries Communicate with Gohfr and clients regarding any delivery issues or delays 21+ years of age Reliable vehicle: car, SUV, or truck Own a smartphone (iOS or Android) with data plan for using the Gohfr app Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required) 3+ years of proven driving/delivery experience (medical or gig economy preferred) Experience with other gig platforms (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Amazon Flex) highly desirable Pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks Strong customer service and communication skills Fluent in English (bilingual drivers welcome) Maintain vehicle insurance, registration, and inspection  Submit a completed IRS Form W-9 for 1099 contract classification Professional appearance and current profile photo in app Additional Considerations Ability to lift and transport packages up to 50 lbs Comfortable driving in all weather conditions Reliable availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong navigation skills and professionalism are a must All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
