This fun, part-time position requires traveling to different preschools and daycare centers to teach our program to children ranging from 18 months - 6 years old. We have a growing need for coaches in the areas of: Randolph, Morris Plains, Rockaway, Whippany, Parsippany, East Hanover, Florham Park, Morristown, Madison and Chatham. We are looking for coaches who are willing to take on a dedicated area with the goal of growing personally and professionally. Candidates must be flexible in their scheduling, as we operate within the preschool/ aftercare hours and around lunch and naptimes.

• Hours are part time (15-25 hours / week) with potential to increase.
• Classes are scheduled Mon-Fri between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Pay ranges from $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience.

***MUST reside within Morris County NJ to be considered for this position***

• MUST demonstrate an energetic and highly enthusiastic personality for coaching preschool and school- aged children. Prior experience preferred (preschool teachers, camp counselor, elementary education substitute teacher, coach, etc.)
• MUST be dependable and show up to classes on time
• MUST be willing to travel to local schools in your assigned area within the areas of: Randolph, Morris Plains, Rockaway, Whippany, Parsippany, East Hanover, Florham Park, Morristown, Madison and Chatham.
• Must be available for a minimum of 3- 5 days a week.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation to get to and from class locations
• Be able to commit to a minimum 12 months to develop and grow within the company
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with directors, teachers and staff at each class location

The JumpBunch coach is essential to our success as an organization. As the most visible aspect of the program, the coach represents what customers perceive our brand to be.

Listed below are the duties assigned to the JumpBunch coach and requirements to successfully perform those duties.

In the end, what we look for the most are high energy individuals who simply love working with kids.

JumpBunch is looking for energetic, outgoing people with fun personalities to teach Sports and Fitness classes to children ages 18mo - 12 years in local Schools and Childcare Centers in Anne Arundel County.

JumpBunch is a fun, structured mobile program that introduces kids to a wide range of sports and fitness through over 70 lesson plans. Paid training. You must be able to work morning hours starting at 8:45 AM. This is a PART-TIME position starting at approximately 10-15 hours per week. Some afternoon hours available too! Hourly rate ranges from $10.00 - $15.00/ depending.

NOTE: We are looking to groom a Coach into a Full-Time employee. More responsibility and hours can be gained through good performance.

Requirements

Primary Duties:

-Prepares for all classes by reviewing approved lesson plans (provided by JumpBunch)

-Arrives for and begins all classes on time.

-Properly instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment.

-Provides own transportation with adequate auto insurance coverage (public transportation does not work for this job)

-Teach live virtual JumpBunch classes via Zoom Meetings when in-person classes are not able to be held.

-Primary Job RequirementsMust pass a background check and/or FBI fingerprinting as required by state.

-Must be in good physical condition and able to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and otherwise move actively to execute a class.

-Must be able to occasionally carry large amounts of equipment.

-Should be enthusiastic and pleasant in conversation and be patient and have a desire to work with children.

-Must be prompt, reliable, and able to work independently with no direct supervision.

-Must have reliable transportation to be able to drive to different schools in Anne Arundel County for classes.

Additional Duties & Requirements:

-Positively communicate with school directors and teachers regarding all aspects of the JumpBunch classes.

-Monitors attendance of all registered children and insures they are present.

-Collects payment for classes (not in all cases) -Wears approved uniform and presents a professional image.

-Adheres to all JumpBunch policies as outlined in the Operations Manual.

-Properly completes all requested paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

-Provides advance notice or coverage for any foreseen absences.

-Brings all equipment necessary to execute weekly classes.

-Successfully function as a member of a team.

-Must be neat and well groomed.

-Should be enthusiastic and pleasant in conversation.

-Must be able to communicate with young children and facility directors.

-Should be able to follow very specific direction and routine.

-Takes initiative to solve problems.

-Should be flexible to work a variety of days and/or times of day.

As a Preschool Multi-Sport & Fitness Coach, you will be required to travel to different schools and day care centers in Louisville and surrounding areas to teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports to children ranging from 18 months to 5 years old.

Regular Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Traveling will be required within a 15-20 mile radius to each school for a weekly class with most classes being between Bardstown Rd and Prospect.

• Teaching an awesome class, connecting and challenging each child and helping them to accomplish motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits.
• Overseeing program growth at assigned schools (building enrollment)
• Communicating between school directors, parents of the children in the program, tuition collections, and Amazing Athletes director
• Completing minimal weekly, monthly and quarterly paperwork

Potential Hours: Roughly 8-10 hours a week Monday - Friday (typically between 9:00 am -12:00 pm & 2:30-4:30 pm) with some classes being held mid-day. We are considering adding additional classes on weekends and evenings.

Pay Scale: Ranges from $15-$30+/hour based on enrollment in your classes.
