Join Us to Build the World's First Revolution in Digital Workers
At causaLens, we build Digital Workers: multi-agent AI systems that reliably run entire business workflows end-to-end, inside a company's own systems -not chatbots, not single-task copilots, but agents that gather data, analyze it, check their own work, and produce the output, with human oversight and full auditability built in.
We've pioneered the first way to create, deploy, and govern Digital Workers at enterprise scale helping organizations move past pilot-stage AI and into production across commercial pharma & pharma operations, and back-office functions like finance, procurement, HR, and IT compliance.
We're trusted by industry leaders including Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Canon, and Syneos Health to run mission-critical operations.
Now, we're looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to help bring Digital Workers to more organizations across the US.
What You’ll Do
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our US expansion by owning strategic accounts and driving revenue growth in your territory. Joining our tight-knit sales team of 4, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your success based on your domain expertise and experience. Here’s what your role will entail:

Deliver a Consultative Approach: Understand client challenges, develop tailored solutions, and drive long-term partnerships.
Upsell and Expand Accounts: Leverage champions within existing accounts to upsell and grow account value over time.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing and Growth teams to develop messaging and generate high-quality leads.
Requirements
We need an accomplished, self-driven professional with a proven track record of success in fast-growth, technology-driven environments. Here’s what sets you apart:
Startup Sales Success: Proven track record of hitting quotas for 3+ years in a startup environment.
Enterprise AI or Analytics Sales Experience: Demonstrated success selling enterprise AI or analytics solutions.
Experience with $200K+ Deal Sizes: Strong experience in closing large enterprise deals with a consultative sales approach.

A highly numerate and analytical approach, with the ability to construct complex business cases and proposals.
Familiarity with commercial contracts and the ability to review and draft simple changes.
A structured and organized work style, paired with strong influencing and decision-making skills.
