Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games.
Discord is where hundreds of millions of people come together around games, communities, and shared interests. Behind the scenes, our Stock Administration team makes sure every equity award — from a new hire's first grant to a multi-year vesting RSU release — is handled accurately, compliantly, and with care.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Stock Plan Administrator to join our team supporting the day-to-day administration of Discord's global equity programs, including equity grants, option exercises, RSU releases, and special projects. On any given day, you might be supporting the administration of equity grants, walking an employee through their vesting schedule, or partnering with our auditors to test a SOX control. You will partner with key stakeholders in our Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and HR teams to answer employee inquiries, educate employees on equity programs, improve processes, implement controls, and provide reporting as needed. You will also work directly with external auditors and third-party vendors. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Stock Administration.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the daily administration of Discord's global equity plans — from participant eligibility and enrollment through award processing, exercises, settlements, tax withholding, mobility reporting, expirations, cancellations, repurchases, and terminations.
- Process, validate, and reconcile equity transactions across equity administration platforms, payroll, and the general ledger, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, Tax, and Finance to administer Discord's global equity programs and support ongoing processes that ensure accurate record-keeping, withholding, reporting, and reconciliation across all equity data.
- Maintain complete and reliable participant mobility data by tracking work locations and mobility history, and reconciling records across payroll and HRIS systems.
- Provide a high level of service to employees, management, and stakeholders on equity plan questions; design and deliver educational sessions and communications about Discord's equity programs.
- Manage the quarterly calendar of stock administration activities and prepare year-end tax information for IRC 6039 reporting.
- Ensure SOX compliance across all aspects of the equity plan — including documentation, testing, and audit support — and ensure all equity compensation is administered per plan terms and conditions.
What you should have:
- 5+ years in stock plan administration, with experience at both a private and public company.
- Experience with global equity plans and managing an equity administration system.
- A passion for equity and helping employees understand their equity compensation.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Bonus points:
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
- Experience with Carta.
This position is US-based and can be remote but if you live in the Bay Area, you're welcome to work from our beautiful SF office.
The base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. This position will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The role also leads future platform evaluation for Salesforce Data 360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, and related CDP needs, and, if a platform is selected, leads implementation planning and execution with RevOps, Marketing Operations, Data, Finance, Legal, vendors, and external partners.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Partner with Marketing Operations on Pardot or Account Engagement, campaign data, lifecycle stages, scoring inputs, consent, routing, attribution support, and funnel reporting.
- Maintain the Salesforce-side architecture for marketing-to-sales handoffs, campaign member data, source fields, conversion logic, and reporting quality.
- Keep current marketing workflows stable while future marketing cloud and CDP options are evaluated.
- Future Data 360, SFMC Advanced, Adobe, Oracle, and CDP evaluation
- Lead the requirements, scorecard, architecture review, vendor comparison, data governance review, and implementation readiness plan for future customer data and marketing cloud decisions.
- Evaluate Salesforce Data 360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, and related CDP needs against GTM use cases, data model, activation, consent, reporting, integration, cost, and operating complexity.
- If a platform is selected, lead implementation planning and execution with clear phases, owners, risks, testing, migration, enablement, and adoption metrics.
- DealHub CPQ integration, data quality, releases, and adoption
- Own Salesforce-side integration quality for DealHub CPQ, including quote data, approval sync, product lines, opportunity fields, order handoffs, and reporting impact.
- Run release management with intake, solution design, testing, regression checks, deployment, communication, documentation, and adoption tracking.
- Partner with Data on source-to-report logic so Salesforce, warehouse, Finance, and leadership reporting stay aligned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- 6+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, including hands-on administration and solution / architecture ownership in a GTM or Revenue Operations context.
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder; Sales Cloud Consultant or Application Architect a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, core CRM objects, declarative automation (Flow), permissions, and release / change management across environments.
- Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and marketing-to-sales workflows, and with CPQ tools (DealHub or comparable) across lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with downstream systems (data warehouse, Finance, marketing, order management) and supporting reporting and data quality.

Analytics Business Partner
Cribl
Headquarters: Remote - United States
Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.
We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.
Why You’ll Love This Role
At Cribl, we're transforming from a flagship-product company into a multi-product powerhouse - and every non-routine business event, whether an acquisition, a product launch, or a go-to-market shift, adds complexity our data, definitions, and reporting weren't built to handle. As the Analytics Business Partner, you're the person who closes that gap - translating a new product or customer into our existing data, systems and reporting: how it connects to what we already have, how value is attributed, how we define and track it going forward. Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics — part of Cribl's broader Business Operations organization alongside Strategy & Operations and Business Effectiveness — you'll operate horizontally across the business rather than embedding in a single function.
This is a high-impact role for a strategist who thrives on ambiguity and builds order from chaos. If you are eager to contribute to a company poised for generational success, we want to hear from you.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…
- Diagnose and Drive the Solution. When a non-routine business event doesn't fit with how we currently track or report on the business, define the solution. Whether a system change, a new process or policy, or a different data model, serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for working with the necessary x-functional teams to get it delivered
- M&A Integration. When we acquire a company, own and drive how its products and customers fit into our existing reporting and data models, ensuring we can capture the impact of the acquisition post deal close
- New Product Launch. When we launch a new product, understand how Product defines its success metrics, and make sure our models, definitions, and reporting can track against those metrics post launch
- Keep Execution Moving. When a change spans across the Data and Analytics team (Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Data Governance), sequence who does what first, own the handoffs between them, catch duplication or gaps before they cost the team time, and push the pace when the event demands it
- Stand Up the Business Intelligence Council. Establish and run the forum where cross-functional leaders align on key measures, attributes, and hierarchy definitions, and on prioritization across competing data and analytics efforts — and drive it to actual resolution, rather than let it stall as a standing meeting.
- Know The Business. Maintain a working picture of how GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions operate, knowing who to engage so a project doesn’t start or drift, without the right people engaged. For example, understanding how Product Marketing is positioning a new feature, how it needs to be represented across our applications in partnership with IT, and how Finance will measure its impact, before scoping the data work for it.
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
If You've Got It - We Want It
- 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics, with a track record of operating in unfamiliar functions and reframing ambiguously-posed questions
- Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions - enough to know that 'customer' may mean something different to Sales than it does to Finance, and to reconcile the difference rather than pick a side
- You can join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right - enough to answer your own question - though hands-on query and dashboard work won't be your primary responsibility in this role
- Given a reporting issue, you know not to default to a “data-only” answer - you can tell whether the real problem is a system that isn't capturing the right data, a process nobody owns, or a data model that no longer matches the business
- Ability to flex your communication style as needed - equally fluent giving execs the top-line takeaway and working through the nuances with the operational teams to drive a solution
- First hand experience ensuring a business’s data and reporting keep up following an acquisition or new product launch - designing and driving the solution so the business doesn’t lose visibility into itself
- Bonus: experience inside a post-close M&A integration, a new product introduction, or a go-to-market model change
- Bonus: experience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups (i.e., Series E+) and / or early public B2B SaaS companies (e.g., 3-5k employees)

Client Enablement Lead
Alloy
Headquarters: New York City, Remote
Alloy is where you belong!
Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world's leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.
Through our values: Be Bold, Go Fast, Collaborate, and Celebrate Our Differences, we are creating a workplace where you can grow, thrive, and belong. See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.
Check out our investors and read more about us here.
About the team
Alloy’s platform is complex and managed with high-touch support from Alloy’s Technical Solutions team. Customers that would like to ‘self-serve’ often struggle to build a clear mental model of how Alloy works and why, falling back to Alloy’s support teams to complete even simple tasks. Today, enablement is spread across multiple repositories and handled one-to-one by delivery teams, with inconsistent results. Only a handful of sophisticated and adventurous clients currently achieve a moderate amount of self-sufficiency.
This leader owns customer enablement across Alloy. This is not a technical writing role. It is a role that builds and runs the program behind enablement: capturing knowledge continuously, packaging it for the right audience at the right moment, running hands-on customer training sessions, and measuring what works.
The Customer Enablement Lead will report to the VP of Product Design. From within the Product team they will help fill gaps and challenging areas of the product while creating a powerful feedback loop between customers and designers to decrease those gaps and challenges over time. The Enablement Lead will form strong cross-functional connections with the Support, Delivery, Technical Success, Product Marketing, and Product Operations teams to ensure customers have a seamless and supported experience as they go live and as we release new features.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week. This role is open to both local and remote candidates in the US.
What you'll own
The initial scope of work for this role will include:
Close Critical Gaps
Audit the current state. Evaluate and consolidate existing resources (API docs, help articles, the learning center, in-product help, and delivery-built guides). Work with cross-functional partners to create any missing documentation and “Customer 101” program material.
Outcome: Our AI support bot can answer essentially any customer question. Our delivery teams can pull together the content they need to run tailored training sessions with their customers.
Deliver the Alloy New Customer Enablement Program
Focus on new Alloy customers and deliver scalable, deployable training and content for repeatable implementations. Structure material so clients can self-pace from foundational to advanced. Target key user personas so they learn the features critical to their respective day-to-day.
Outcome: Clients understand and use what they bought, and are aware of what else Alloy offers. Additionally they know where to look for additional guidance via documentation, AI support chat, and other escalation channels.
Build the Product Release Enablement Program
When Alloy builds a material new feature or capability, map what each client segment and persona needs to know, when, and why, from pre-sales through go-live and ongoing use, and make it part of how products are sold, launched, and delivered.
Outcome: a shared view of our friction points and what areas currently drag the most on our bottom line.
Facilitate the Feedback Loop
Collect feedback after every release, rollout, and training. Give Product, Design, and Delivery a shared view of where clients get stuck, and drive alignment on whether each gap is best solved by product, technical solutions, or enablement, including interim fixes.
Outcome: Product, Design, and Delivery share one view of enablement gaps and who owns them. The design team gets critical insight continuously, addressing customer confusion directly in the product, helping reduce the surface area for documentation over time.
Milestones
30 Days
Onboarding into Alloy, learning the product yourself, existing resource audit, gap analysis, start filling documentation gaps with SME and tooling support, and deliver a consolidation plan.
60 Days
Initial enablement ‘package’ in beta for first client feedback via early hands-on training sessions.
90 days
Initial enablement funnel for core segments deployed and documentation gap filling has demonstrated a measurable increase in AI support ticket resolution. Iteration on the enablement package incorporating early feedback.
Six Months
Enablement package is ‘production ready’ and universally rolled out (client-facing teams are ready to deliver training using the material). Feedback loop with product and design solidified. The product release enablement funnel is operational as part of new feature releases. Seeing measurable improvements in some areas of self-service and legacy support ticket theme avoidance.
Who we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- 7+ years in customer education, enablement, or training, including building a customer enablement program from the ground up.
- Experience enabling customers on a technical, API-driven B2B SaaS product, with the depth to learn complex workflows and teach them clearly.
- Strong live facilitation. You've run hands-on training sessions with customers and adapted them in the room.
- A track record of tying enablement to measurable outcomes such as ticket deflection, adoption, or time to value.
- Experience influencing Product, Support, Delivery, and Marketing partners without direct authority.
- The judgment to tell when a customer problem needs content, a training, or a product fix, and the writing skills to make the case.
Nice-to-haves:
- Background in fintech, identity verification, fraud, or compliance.
- Experience structuring knowledge bases for AI support agents or chatbots.
- Hands-on experience with LMS, documentation, or in-product guidance tools.
- Experience working inside a Product or Design organization.
Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically!
This position has a salary range of $180,000 to $220,000.
Benefits and Perks
- Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy
- Employee stock options
- Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options
- 401k with 100% match up to 4% of annual employee compensation
- Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Home office stipend for new employees
- Annual Learning & Development annual stipend
- Well-being benefits include access to ClassPass, OneMedical, UrbanSitter, and Spring Health
- Hybrid work environment: Local employees are expected to work Tuesdays through Thursdays from our HQ in Union Square, Manhattan. Tasty lunches catered from a variety of local restaurants and frequent employee-organized cultural events contribute to our positive office energy. On Monday/Friday most employees Zoom into work from home while some take advantage of the quieter office.

This is a senior leadership role operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. The Senior Quality Lead will break down silos within the Quality organization, establish a unified operating model, and leverage AI-powered tools to scale quality insights. This leader will work closely with Service Delivery, Training, Business Process Improvement, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, remediate issues, and ensure Airbnb is providing its global partner network a unified set of priorities.
The successful candidate will establish themselves as a credible partner to stakeholders and be recognized internally as the voice of quality for the Volume Tier portfolio.
