**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or service management.
+ Demonstrated expertise in technology lifecycle management, product management, and metrics- or OKR-based performance reporting.
+ Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a strong executive presence.
