Monitor process conditions, equipment and control systems. + Performs tasks assigned to operations as directed - including field checks, equipment preparation, samples, etc. + Ensures operational activities and process performance are aligned with plant and business goals. + Uses trouble shooting skills to resolve process related deviations and problems. + As required, initiates and participates in Root Cause Investigations. + Coaches and train others on plant operations. + Uses process knowledge and skills to make improvements in plant performance and Operating Discipline. + Monitors, collects and inputs plant metrics for Statistical Process Control (S.P.C.), asset utilization, conversion costs, and production yields and identify opportunities for plant optimization. + Utilizes Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to optimize plant operation and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the SPC tools. + Other responsibilities may be assigned based on job role and department. + Perform process equipment troubleshooting, minor repairs, improvements and preventative maintenance, utilizing appropriate processes and disciplines **Qualifications:** + A minimum of a High School diploma or GED. + Must have a current, valid US driver’s license. + Willing and able to work all applicable shifts on a rotating basis (including weekends) and work overtime when needed. + A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
