Title: HR Recruiter
Duration: 12 Months 
Location: Mclean, VA 
Salary Range: $30 - $40 hr. W2 without benefits

Join our dynamic team as a recruiter where you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their unique talent needs and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
Proficiency in recruiting systems
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
At least 5 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter
1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once
Experience developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with managers and their teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and business leads to understand unique talent needs
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables
Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent
Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters
Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience sourcing Product and/or Business Analyst candidates
• 2 years experience recruiting for tech-focused companies
• 2 years experience of using Workday in a recruiting function
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Proactively source and manage candidates for the Global Payments Network Recruiting team
• Create compelling position descriptions and source diverse candidate pipelines
• Market the company's talent brand to attract top talent
• Screen candidates and collaborate with team members to advance candidates in the recruiting process
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and sourcing results to leadership and HR partners
• Use search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
