Change Manager

Our client is seeking a Change Manager to lead comprehensive change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness efforts across a business transformation initiative. This role requires hands-on partnership with business leaders and project teams to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify how business processes, roles, and responsibilities will be affected by the transformation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan aligned to project objectives and timelines
- Partner with business and functional leaders to align processes and facilitate stakeholder engagement across impacted groups
- Establish and maintain stakeholder analyses, engagement plans, and change champion networks
- Develop and deliver communication plans, key messages, presentations, and project updates tailored to various audiences
- Assess organizational readiness and identify risks, barriers, and mitigation strategies to support adoption
- Coordinate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer activities; provide input into training strategies, curriculum development, and job aids
- Support post-go-live activities including reinforcement planning, issue management, continuous adoption efforts, and monitoring of adoption metrics and training effectiveness
Requirements
- 8-10 years of change management experience in complex organizational transformation or large-scale implementation projects
- Expertise with Prosci ADKAR methodology or equivalent change management frameworks
- Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management, engagement planning, and building champion networks
- Strong capabilities in business process documentation and translating future-state processes into practical ways of working
- Hands-on experience developing training needs assessments, curriculum, materials, and end-user guides
- Proven ability in organizational readiness assessment, risk identification, and mitigation strategy development
- Expert-level communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences and organizational levels
- Experience with change management reporting, metrics development, and adoption tracking throughout implementation and stabilization phases
