Votre Mission Développer, qualifier et fiabiliser les procédés de fabrication, d’assemblage, de calibration et de test de systèmes optoélectroniques de haute précision, depuis les premières définitions techniques jusqu’à leur mise en production. Garantir la robustesse, la répétabilité et la maîtrise des procédés, en intégrant les contraintes liées aux systèmes laser, à l’assemblage de précision, au vide et à l’ultra-haut vide. Vos responsabilités Développer et industrialiser les procédés d’intégration, d’alignement et de calibration de systèmes optiques, laser et optoélectroniques. Définir et qualifier les procédés d’assemblage de précision : positionnement, alignement, collage, fixation et manipulation de composants sensibles. Développer et maîtriser les procédés associés au vide et à l’ultra-haut vide : nettoyage, assemblage, étuvage, pompage et détection de fuites. Identifier les paramètres critiques, tolérances, critères d’acceptation et moyens de contrôle des procédés.
