Must have an in-depth knowledge of aircraft/vehicle movement and safety/hazards during flight line operations. Must be able to work in the assigned work/living environment, work shift as assigned, 7 days a week, 12 hours a day to support mission requirements. Must have an in-depth knowledge of using aircraft technical publications with the ability to read and interpret basic schematic diagrams, drawings, and charts. Must be in good physical condition, and capable of completing and passing a physical exam and CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) course prior to deployment OCONUS. Must have proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as maintenance database and tracking software. Must be able to obtain and maintain an interim DOD SECRET security clearance. What You Will Be Doing Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Beechcraft King Air. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Accurately document all maintenance activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to prioritize tasks and meet operational timelines. Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized work environment. Stay current on industry practices, tools, and technologies relevant to A&P‑certified mechanics and modern aircraft systems. All functions related to funeral services. Operating machinery appropriately in a safe manner. Installing or assisting in installing cemetery vaults. Installing headstones or memorials as needed. Handling the day-to-day general maintenance duties. Handling snow removal (if applicable). Performing other duties as assigned by the Grounds Superintendent. The Maintenance Supervisor is to direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary. This position will coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources to support the plant as required. Continuous improvement recommendations are expected in order to improve processes and systems corporate wide. This position will also assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of this equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all activities/persons associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions at a given Ashley location. This could include building, machine, and supports groups depending upon the location.

Description: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is HVAC & EPA Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. Duties: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members. Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs. Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
