In This Role, You Will: + Lead daily operations across OTG’s diverse concepts—from retail to QSR to full service—keeping every location running smoothly and efficiently. + Elevate every bite and sip by ensuring all food & beverage products meet OTG’s quality and presentation standards. + Own scheduling and staffing , making sure every shift is fully supported and service stays top tier. + Drive an amazing onboarding experience , delivering strong training plans that set new Crewmembers up for success. + Create a positive, uplifting workplace where Crewmembers feel supported, respected, and motivated. + Champion safety , ensuring a hazard free environment and full compliance with OTG policies, workplace laws, and safety standards. + Take action on Coyle + NSF audits , leading corrective measures with urgency and accountability. + Know and communicate OTG policies clearly , using the Crewmember Handbook and CBA to ensure consistency and understanding across the team.
