Our mission is to build the most important audio AI platform in the world, solve AI audio intelligence, and make information accessible in any voice, language, or sound.

We are just getting started. If you want to work hard and create lasting impact, we would like to hear from you.

Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We care about our website. It gets millions of views a month and is the most important showcase of our brand, our products, our research and our team. We want a website engineer to make it truly world-class. You’ll ideate and implement some of the most important pages including the homage page, demos pages and more. You’ll need to have strong website and design opinions, but also be able to collaborate effectively with Growth to drive SEO and conversion. Ability to do design is a strong bonus.
You’ll work closely with Nev Flynn, Dul Zorigo and Luke Harries.
Ideate and implement beautiful, intuitive website pages that align with the ElevenLabs brand and tell the story of our product and company.

Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Growth to ensure cohesive end-to-end web experiences.
Execute and iterate on designs based on user feedback, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure that our website is best-in-class.

Higharc: Home Design Lead
Company Name
Headquarters: Remote (United States)
URL: http://higharc.com
About Us
Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised a total of $83M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.
We’re seeking a systematic, product-minded Home Design Lead to help conceptualize and develop families of scalable home designs — homes that can flex across regions, lots, codes, and price points. This is not a traditional architecture role, it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of home design at scale.
What You'll Do
You’ll help design homes as adaptable, repeatable products, not one-off architectural projects. These will serve as the foundation for a fully automated builder experience. Importantly, this role is part of a broader team of BIM and home design experts. The Home Design Lead will be responsible for conceptual design and for maintaining a standard of care for design quality. Expect to:
Design adaptable home families and template designs: Create plan templates that work across a wide variety of regions, markets, and lot conditions — from narrow infill lots to wider suburban parcels.
Systematize flexibility: Create robust options and configurations that enable builders to choose from pre-vetted choices for elevations, layouts, and structural details without reinventing the wheel.
Ensure regional code and site adaptability: Incorporate common code settings, foundation systems, and site strategies for national applicability.
Balance design quality and efficiency: Embed value-engineering principles into the design system — delivering homes that are beautiful, buildable, and affordable. Create flexibility through value-engineering options to meet a range of builder cost targets
Contribute to a new kind of plan library: Help define the structure of our option catalog, finish packages, and documentation for small builder workflows.
Participate in design reviews and maintain responsibility for technical accuracy, drawing clarity, and coordination across disciplines
Contribute to the development of standard details, design guidelines, and modeling best practices that support automation and scalability
About You
This role requires a detail-oriented, technically capable designer who can think and work at multiple scales — from site strategy and code compliance to plan configuration logic and value-engineering.
You have:
5+ years of experience in residential architecture or homebuilding, with demonstrated delivery of full CD sets in multiple states
Deep familiarity with single family homes, residential detailing, and single-family code requirements
Experience thinking systematically to balance code, operations, and design tradeoffs at scale
Comfort with parametric design thinking or configuration logic is a plus
Familiarity with building systems, cost-effective detailing, and standard construction methods
Understanding of customer-centric design in a sales or homebuyer context
Exposure to code-driven or computational design tools
Experience working with national or regional production homebuilders
Working at Higharc
Higharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018. We offer flexible hours so you can do your best work without missing out on life. Higharc offers competitive salaries with significant equity, in a fast-growing, well-funded company.
Personal healthiness is an important value for us- we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with unlimited PTO, and meaningful maternity/paternity leave to all U.S based employees that are full-time. You'll also have access to other big-company benefits such like short and long-term disability plans and a 401K. Haven't worked remotely before? We provide a stipend to create the ideal home office.

Hospitable.com is a remote-only and fully distributed company. We hire based on timezones, not countries.
What you will be working on:
As Senior Growth Designer, you will design and elevate the core experiences that drive our business forward—creating seamless interfaces that make signing up and managing stays effortless for our users.
Reporting directly to our Senior Staff Product Designer, Matt, you'll shape the look, feel, and flow of our most critical transactional touch points, ensuring every interaction delights users and is optimised for activation, monetisation and engagement. Working alongside Matt, whose favourite ice cream flavour is Ben & Jerrys Half-Baked, you will play a critical role in shaping the product's direction, working closely with leadership, product and engineering teams to bring your designs to life.
To accomplish this, you will:
- Champion conversion and growth-oriented design for our transactional touch points, ensuring activation, onboarding, booking, and guest & owner portal workflows are seamless, engaging, and optimised.
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
- Leverage data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey.
- Drive the overall design vision for the product, aligned with the company's long-term strategy and values.
- Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a commitment to creating a product that users love and remember.
Requirements
Hospitable.com is a remote-only and distributed company. Your location is not a requirement for this position. The ideal fit would work in a European or American (up to East Coast) timezone.
What we are looking for:
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience: Rather than years, very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product ideally in eCommerce or related to growth, with a world-class portfolio demonstrating your ability to create delightful, intuitive, and fluid experiences.
- Skills: You live and breathe in design tools. Nothing exotic: we use Whimsical for mockups, Figma for designs.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion: A deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a product truly exceptional.
- Very special kudos if you are a short-term rental/Airbnb host or have been working in a short-term rental business
- Everything else is a lovely bonus that we're excited to hear about!
Benefits
The company itself is also a product, one that we iterate on. We're always improving and creating an environment where we all love to work.
- A supportive, radically transparent, and caring team environment, where you are trusted, not managed—and a culture that is focused on results and output.
- The total budget for this role is between USD $133,200 (Senior I) to $188,000 (Staff I) depending on the cost of living in your location. We can hire talent internationally as contractors—or employees if you are based in the United States, the European Union, or Australia, taking into account payroll taxes to determine your gross compensation. The gross salary for US employees could be anywhere between $113,220 to $159,800.
- We also offer options into the company equity through our $HOST Token (RSU's) to share in the long-term upside value of the company.
- For US employees: healthcare (including EPO, PPO and HSA), 401(k).
- 35 days off per year, encouraged (including self-serve public holidays) and parental leave.
- Complimentary mental health and emotional support with therapists on call through Slack by Spill.
- Earn virtual coins through our peer recognition platform and redeem them through gift cards, donations, or monetary rewards.
- Recognized on Inc.'s list of Best Workplaces for 2023.
