Webflow: Staff Brand Designer
Company Name
Headquarters: Remote
URL: https://webflow.com/
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Staff Brand Designer who works in the space between brand and web—someone who can hold a brand idea and build it themselves. Our marketing site is where most people meet Webflow, which makes it the primary surface of our brand rather than a place we put finished work. You'll design that experience and take it all the way into production on our own platform. The brand doesn't stop at the site, though—it shows up in campaigns, conference environments, film, and the product itself—and you'll work across those surfaces too. The border between those disciplines is disappearing in practice: a conference identity now ships as a motion system and a site in the same breath, and an announcement has to hold in a keynote and a viewport in the same week. This role also sits closest to the edge of what's newly possible, so we care most about someone who is already experimenting—putting AI and agentic tooling to real use and bringing back what holds up. You'll sit on Brand Studio, Webflow's in-house creative team, as a senior individual contributor working alongside brand designers, motion, and marketing partners.
About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $162,500 - $195,000
- Zone B: $153,300 - $184,000
- Zone C: $143,300 - $172,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- 177,000 - 213,000
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Manager, Brand Studio
As a Staff Brand Designer, you'll…
Design the web as our primary brand surface
- Treat webflow.com as the place most people meet the brand, and design it as an experience rather than a stack of sections.
- Shape pacing, narrative, and flow across a visitor's path, not just the layout of individual pages.
- Express the brand through behavior—type, motion, interaction, and state—not only through how a frame looks at rest.
- Extend the brand system into web-native patterns and components that other designers and marketers can use without you in the room.
Work in the space between brand and web
- Design and build in the same motion, carrying work from brand idea to shipped page without handing it off at the seam.
- Act as the primary technical owner of Webflow's marketing surface area, from CMS architecture to component systems to publishing workflow.
- Build on Webflow as our most sophisticated customer, so the site stands as proof of what the platform can do rather than an exception to it.
- Hold the craft bar on brand expression and the technical bar on implementation at the same time, and know when the two are in tension.
- Make architectural calls that balance ambition against performance, scalability, and the cost of maintaining them a year from now.
- Ship launches, campaign pages, and fixes with speed and accuracy under real deadline pressure, including moments like Webflow Conf, and own performance, accessibility, and SEO health as ongoing commitments.
Work across the brand's other surfaces
- Bring the same standard to work that isn't a website: campaign systems, conference environments, editorial, film, and the brand's expression inside the product.
- Design for coherence across surfaces, so an idea that starts on the site still holds up in a keynote, a video, or a physical space.
- Understand how a brand system has to behave differently in each medium, and help evolve the system itself rather than only its web expression.
Experiment, and put what works into production
- Work in the open with AI-assisted design and development, generative code, and agentic build tooling, and bring back what actually holds up under a quality bar.
- Explore advanced and pre-release platform capabilities and ship them ahead of the market.
- Build the experiments that make an argument—a working prototype that settles a debate faster than a deck would.
- Use generative and agentic tooling where it closes the gap between designing a system and building it, which is increasingly the same act.
- Develop the team's practice as you go, so a tool you proved out this month is something everyone is using next month.
- Feed real practitioner insight back to Product and Engineering, because you're building on the thing we sell.
Unblock the business
- Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Growth, Legal, and Events to get campaigns and launches live without compromising the site.
- Reduce dependency bottlenecks by making your expertise available early, when decisions are still cheap to change.
- Mentor designers and marketers through pairing, feedback, and the systems and guardrails you build for them.
- Translate technical constraints into plain language so non-technical partners can make good tradeoffs themselves.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
About you:
Requirements:
- BS/BA college degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years of experience spanning brand design and web design or development, with work that clearly shows both
- Demonstrated experience designing marketing websites as a primary surface of a brand—narrative, flow, and interaction across a journey, not just individual page layouts
- Deep, demonstrable Webflow expertise, including complex CMS structures, components, interactions, performance work, and system-level thinking
- Experience contributing to brand work beyond websites—campaigns, environments, editorial, motion, or product surfaces—with a view on how a brand system has to change shape in each
- Active AI fluency: you are already using AI and agentic tooling in real production work, and can show what you have built with it, what you have thrown away, and how you tell those apart
- Familiarity with code: you read HTML and CSS comfortably, can follow and adapt JavaScript, and are not stuck when a build needs to go past the visual editor. Professional development experience is not required.
- A portfolio that shows both identity-level craft and shipped, high-traffic sites you can speak to at the architecture level
You’ll thrive as a Staff Brand Designer if you:
- Think about a website as an experience with pacing and narrative, rather than a set of pages to be laid out.
- Treat new tools as material to be tested rather than trends to have an opinion about, and can tell the difference between a capability and a demo.
- Move fluidly between a type-scale decision and a CMS schema decision, and consider neither beneath you nor outside your job.
- Are as interested in what the brand does in a room or a keynote as in what it does in a viewport.
- Like that the work is public evidence—people inspect how webflow.com is built to decide what the platform can do.
- Reach for a prototype before a deck, and would rather show the thing working than describe it.
- Think in systems first, and can explain why you structured something the way you did three releases later.
- Care about craft at the level of a 40ms transition and a 200-page class system in equal measure.
- Bring calm and clarity to complex, fast-moving launches, and would rather surface a risk early than absorb it quietly.
- Want meaningful technical ownership without formal people management, and get real satisfaction from scaling your impact through standards, tooling, and mentorship.
- Communicate well with people who don't share your vocabulary, and give feedback that makes work better rather than smaller.
- Have opinions about where the web is going as agents take on more of the building, and are already testing them in production.
- Stay curious and open to growth—demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
Our Core Behaviors:
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
Benefits
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

Pixel One is a design studio for ambitious B2B SaaS teams. We embed with our clients, join their standups, and stay with their product as it evolves. Average client retention is 24+ months, which means you'll see what your work does to a business over years, not weeks.
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own client work from concept through final delivery. This is not a role where you execute someone else's brief. You'll understand the business strategy behind each project, identify the user experience problems our client's customers have been stuck on, and use design to solve them.
You'll work directly with our leadership, our client's leadership, our design leads and you'll direct specialists in motion, and illustration on your projects.
Qualifications
- 7+ years designing digital products (ideally with an agency)
- Strong fundamentals:
- Excellence in communication (can communicate with a team and various stakeholders)
- Excellence in aesthetic (UI/Visual design)
- Excellence in craft (Figma Hygiene, design principles and delight)
- Excellence in strategy (Can interpret vague requirements and clarify them + can drive product change through compelling concepts, prototypes and mockups)
- Expert-level Figma. Comfort with prototyping (AI or traditional tools) and motion is a strong plus
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and delegate work to a teammate (production designer)
- Confident communicator who can present and defend work directly to senior clients and founders. Our clients are opinionated and educated about design, it's not your typical agency! You will need to defend great design less vigorously but it will be expected more often.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move fast without dropping quality
- Self-driven and organized enough to run your own project workflows without being managed
Responsibilities
- Produce design work at a consistently high quality tier, with meticulous attention to craft, precision, and completeness.
- Define the design challenge at a strategic level, connecting solutions to client goals, strategy, and business vision. Identify the historical positioning problems behind each brief and design with those in mind
- Build and maintain style kits that give the team and collaborators a clear, consistent visual language
- Brief and coordinate specialists: translate client requirements into actionable direction for production designers and give feedback that keeps output aligned with the creative vision
- Communicate proactively with clients: estimate effort and timelines accurately, respond to Slack within one business hour during working hours.
- Own projects end to end, from brief through final delivery
- Maintain asset hygiene: files clean, structured, and aligned with team fundamentals
- Manage project operations in Notion, keeping planning pages, task boards, and meeting notes current without being prompted
- Prioritize effectively, focusing on the right tasks in the right order at the right time
- Participate actively in team rituals: crits, elevate sessions, and growth activities
Highlights
Meaningful work: Partner directly with founders and executives at companies building serious products. Your designs ship to real users and move real businesses. Our clients come back after they exit. We develop deep relationship with them which means we're able to see the impact of our work overtime (unheard of in a traditional agency).
Exceptional team: Work alongside designers who are generous collaborators, not competitors. Everyone here is deeply skilled and genuinely invested in lifting the team up.
Remote: We're distributed (mostly across Canada) and flexible about where you work, as long as you cover PT and ET hours with stellar internet.
Offsites: We meet in person at least 2 times per year! These are good moments to get the team together, celebrate our accomplishments and align on a unified vision. Past locations: Montreal, Toronto, Barcelona, Greece, Miami, Mont-Tremblant, Tulum
Growth investment: We cover courses, workshops, and other learning you want to pursue. Just bring it to your manager. We also run weekly elevate sessions where the team sharpens design and thinking skills together.
Cross-disciplinary collaboration: Work with motion designers, illustrators, and other specialists. You'll expand your craft and find more opportunities for delight.
️ Clarity: You'll know what's expected of you, what you need to succeed in the role, and how to grow beyond it.
⛑️ Health insurance: All Canada based employees receive private health insurance.

Senior Remote Team Leader — Accounting, Data & Operations
Food Services Inc. — Wholesale meat and restaurant supply distributor based in Los Angeles, California
Remote Contractor Position
Compensation
Starting base compensation: $2,500 USD per month
This position includes opportunities for:
* Performance bonuses
* Responsibility-based increases
* Leadership increases
* Additional compensation for taking ownership of major business functions
A strong performer can grow the base compensation to approximately $3,000 per month within the first year, in addition to applicable performance bonuses.
Compensation growth will be based on measurable responsibility, performance, accuracy, leadership, and the ability to independently manage important areas of the business.
About the Role:
We are looking for a senior-level Accounting & Operations Team Leader who can take ownership of daily workflows, work independently, review the work of others, and turn business data into clear actions and decisions.
This is not a basic data-entry position.
We are looking for someone who can operate at a top 10% performance level — someone who can analyze, review, identify problems, follow up, and help improve the way the team works.
The right person should be comfortable managing both people and data in a fast-moving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for helping lead and review daily accounting and operational workflows, including:
* Reviewing and analyzing large amounts of business and financial data
* Identifying errors, discrepancies, trends, and opportunities
* Reviewing team members’ work for accuracy and completion
* Purchase Order vs. Vendor Bill analysis
* Vendor pricing and quantity discrepancy review
* Accounts receivable and customer aging
* Vendor aging and accounts payable
* Inventory analysis and reconciliation
* Price updates and vendor price-list comparisons
* Creating and improving Excel reports and tracking systems
* Following up on unresolved issues until they are completed
* Helping organize team priorities and daily workflow
* Communicating clearly with management and team members
* Using AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy
* Developing better processes, controls, and reporting systems
We want someone who does more than complete a task. We expect you to understand the task, review the results, identify what is wrong, and recommend the next action.
Required Experience
Strong candidates should have professional experience with:
* QuickBooks
* Microsoft Excel — advanced level
* Financial data reconciliation
* Data analysis and reporting
* Purchase orders and vendor bills
* Accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
* Reviewing and auditing work for accuracy
* Managing multiple priorities
* Team leadership or senior-level responsibility
* Strong written and spoken English
You must also be comfortable working daily with:
* Zoom
* ClickUp
* QuickBooks
* Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
* Remote desktop and cloud-based systems
AI & Automation Experience
We are especially interested in candidates who already understand how to use modern technology to improve their work.
Experience with any of the following is highly valued:
* ChatGPT or other AI tools
* AI-assisted data analysis
* Workflow automation
* Excel automation
* Macros
* Automated reporting
* Process improvement
* Building repeatable systems and procedures
You do not need to be a programmer, but you should understand how AI and automation can help a business work faster, more accurately, and with fewer manual steps.
Leadership Expectations
This is a Team Leader role.
You should be able to:
* Take ownership without waiting for constant instructions
* Review other team members’ work
* Identify mistakes before they become larger problems
* Prioritize tasks based on business importance
* Communicate problems clearly
* Follow up until issues are resolved
* Train and guide junior team members
* Keep management updated with meaningful information
* Separate urgent issues from routine tasks
* Look for opportunities to improve existing processes
We are looking for someone who asks:
“What does this data tell us, what is the problem, and what action should we take?”
—not simply:
“What task should I do next?”
Work Schedule
Monday through Saturday
8-hour shift per day
The position operates according to Pacific Time (Los Angeles), and candidates must be able to work consistently within the assigned schedule.
Because this is a remote leadership position, reliability, attendance, responsiveness, and availability during working hours are extremely important.
Equipment Requirements
You must have a professional remote-work setup capable of supporting all-day Zoom, QuickBooks, remote-hosted environments, Excel, ClickUp, and other business applications simultaneously.
Required:
* Business-class laptop or desktop
* Intel Core i7 / AMD Ryzen 7 or equivalent
* 32GB RAM minimum
* 1TB NVMe SSD preferred
* Dual monitors
* Reliable high-speed internet
* Wired Ethernet strongly preferred
* Quiet and professional workspace
Candidate Assessment
Before moving forward, qualified candidates will complete a practical assessment.
The workbook contains:
Sheet 1 — Purchase Order
Sheet 2 — Vendor Bill
Your assignment is to analyze the two documents and identify the differences, discrepancies, and anything else you believe management should know.
Assessment workbook:

2. Preserve all original sheets for audit purposes.
