**Job Summary**
**Working as the Director of Dining Services** you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations for a healthcare facility. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Pick and pack orders per customer specification
+ Scan product as directed to capture required data
+ Sort, organize, repack, palletize, track, weight and break down various products to assist production as needed.
+ Ship and Receive product utilizing assigned material handling equipment.
+ Perform various facility sanitation duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Job Summary**
Patient Services Leads are responsible to coordinate patient meal service and special requests and needs for the Patient Dining Program. Ensure that Patient Dining Associates are adequately trained and that units are properly staffed to provide service. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Oversees systems and processes to ensure that the strategic and operational objectives of the Patient Dining Program service are accomplished.
+ Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide services that include helping patients make menu selections, assemble, and deliver/pick-up their meal trays.
+ Work with the caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for patients with food allergies and sensitivities; cultural, ethnic and religious preferences; or when a patient inquires about additional selections.
+ Interacts with nursing and evaluates on a daily basis patient meal selection, tray completion, tray delivery and tray retrieval process.
+ Is responsive to patients' needs at all times. Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel in a timely manner, following department procedures.
+ Assist dietitians, such as helping monitor patients who cannot eat food through their mouth, are on liquid diets or have a specific calorie count to manage.
+ Adhere to facility confidentiality and the patient’s rights policy as outlined in the facility’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) policies and procedures.
+ Complies with regulatory agency standards, including federal, state and JCAHO.
+ Follow Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines, a prevention based food safety system for meal assembly and distribution.
+ Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations, as well as department sanitation procedures.
+ Complete all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the Morrison Healthcare policies and procedures.

Position Summary:Create and prepare entrees for this upscale store with the intent of expanding our chef-prepared program from cold service to hot service and the sales floor. Prepare and present deli items at a high level of talent in variety and quality by utilizing products from meat, produce and deli to develop dishes for the hot bar presentation. Assist in the merchandising and development of cold recipes following company guidelines. Analyze costs for new recipes, determine profitability and compute weekly purchases. RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
* Skilled in proper customer service
* Prepares all food product to established standards and recipes
* Prepares signs and prices product in cases
* Sets up and maintains stock conditions and appearance of hot presentation and cases
* Available to work flexible schedules that include weekends, evenings, and holidays
* Maintains cleanliness of work area
* Maintains work flow and production efficiencies
* Oversee and train Deli personnel on product preparation and presentation
