Job Details
Responsibilities:
Utilize various sales strategies to target territory growth across distributors and major accounts
Prospect into new accounts and onboard new customers
Develop, manage and grow existing industrial accounts in assigned territory
Identify and develop relationships with dealers and distributors to grow your territory
Conduct sales calls (onsite and virtual) with new accounts
Track prospects and sales activities in CRM
Collaborate cross departmentally to facilitate sales
Create agreements for sales and manage internal sales agreement review process
Meet or exceed sales goals for direct sales and through channel partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing or related area of study
3+ years selling into the industrial, OEM, or manufacturing sectors
Previous experience selling direct to major accounts
Proven experience developing sales strategy, distribution network sales channels and territories
Experience tracking sales activities in CRM system
**Must be able to work in our Brooklyn Park Office Daily, this is an in-office position**

Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Packaging Mechanic to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This position is an opportunity to apply and expand your skills in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of packaging and filling equipment, as well as ensuring smooth line changeovers and setups. You will also be expected to handle lock out tag out procedures, read and interpret blueprints, and have a strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on packaging and filling equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair packaging and filling equipment, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
Handle line changeovers and setups efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth transitions between product runs.
Adhere to lock out tag out procedures to ensure safety during equipment maintenance and repair.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand equipment layouts and operation.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues in equipment.
Perform mechanical maintenance on various components including motors and conveyors.
Work with pneumatics systems, understanding their operation and performing necessary maintenance and repair.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience with line changeovers, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing packaging and filling equipment.
Experience with preventative maintenance on liquid filling machines is a must.
Strong understanding and experience with lock out tag out procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proven skills in electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with mechanical maintenance, particularly with motors and conveyors.
Knowledge and experience with pneumatics systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
