If you see an interesting job opportunity, don't be afraid to search the company in Google or Bing, the company's own career pages, as well as social networks from TikTok to LinkedIn.

The My Jobscore service is designed to give you a score for a job opening, based on your suitability for the job, in the specific, correct work domain. 
This means that if, for example, you are a professional, certified welder, and the job called for a welder with experience in underwater ship repairs, a high score and high suitability would reflect that you had the underwater work experience needed for the job.
If you look at your jobscore and want to understand how the service came up with the score, the best explanation is that the scoring algorithm is designed to consider many factors that will determine high suitability in the correct work domain. 
Scoring is bias-free, purposefully ignoring attributes and parameters that don't directly help determine high suitability in the correct work domain.

You can get a free download of your score. It's a great resource for you, and to pass on to the hiring manager, with your resume when you apply. 
You'll need to have the full completed profile that includes your name, contact tel number, a link to your LinkedIn profile page, etc. You can also add a professional photo. 
The score download PDF is unique for every job and jobscore you get.

In Retail and Quick Serve Restaurants in particular, the local unit manager will often reach out to top scoring candidates, and invite them to come in for a face to face interview. 
Depending on the company's contract with My Jobscore, you may be able to access the contact information of local Hiring Managers inside our user menus. Typically you will see the 3 closest location's hiring managers contact information.

Yes, you can update your resume at any time to improve your job scores. After uploading a new resume, the system will automatically rescore you for available positions to give you the most accurate matching results.
