NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER
Naber Logistics LLC is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and experienced Delivery Dispatcher to join our growing logistics operation in Carlstadt, NJ.
We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced environment of last-mile delivery operations, can manage drivers effectively, solve problems quickly, and keep daily deliveries running smoothly.
Prior dispatch experience with an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily delivery operations.
Monitor driver progress, routes, and delivery performance throughout the day.
Communicate with drivers and provide real-time assistance.
Troubleshoot delivery delays, vehicle issues, and unexpected route challenges.
Manage driver callouts, route assignments, and operational changes.
Coordinate rescues and route adjustments to ensure timely deliveries.
Track daily performance metrics and maintain accurate operational records.
Communicate effectively with management and drivers.
Ensure drivers follow company procedures and safety standards.
Assist with morning dispatch and end-of-day driver check-in procedures.
