About the Role

Voltus is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering and Product teams. This is a builder's role: you'll partner directly with engineering leadership to define hiring needs, build sourcing pipelines from scratch, and run a rigorous, fast-moving interview process. We're not looking for someone who waits for inbound applicants to come to us. We need someone who goes and finds the right people.

You'll work closely with our VP of Engineering and engineering leadership to fill roles ranging from generalist backend engineers to highly specialized positions in optimization and control systems, and you'll help us build a stronger, more diverse pipeline as we scale.

Please note that at this time, we do not sponsor visas or transfers for new hires. Voltus teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location (in the US or Canada, unless otherwise indicated on the role description).

Additionally, while Voltus is an all-remote workplace, we have limitations on where employees are able to work for regulatory and security reasons. We expect that Voltans are working primarily from their home country. Working while traveling to other countries must be approved as per our Global Remote Travel Policy.

Requirements

Relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, ICT, engineering or related discipline)
Previous experience working on online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork. Freelance, or Zoho Recruit) is an asset.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Speaking English fluently and excellent English writing skills, with the ability to communicate with a global team effectively and clients.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Innovative data-driven person with excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making.
Experience working remotely with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Docs, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate in a virtual environment.
Strong ownership and ability to work fully independently, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
