Freelance Recruitment Partner

📍 Greece (Remote)

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and other channels

✅ Screen, interview and qualify candidates against client requirements

✅ Partner closely with our Service Delivery Team and Managing Director to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions

✅ Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple sectors

✅ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process

✅ Keep candidate information organised and updated within our ATS

✅ Develop long-term relationships with candidates and become their trusted career partner

What We're Looking For

✔ Fluent English (written and spoken)

✔ Strong knowledge of the Greek talent market

✔ Ability to source and recruit candidates within Greece

✔ Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience

✔ Experience recruiting internationally is highly advantageous

✔ Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Responsive, proactive and delivery-focused mindset

✔ ATS and recruitment technology experience is a plus

Hey there! David Kennedy Recruitment is on the lookout for an amazing Mass Volume Freelance Recruitment Partner to join our team. If you're a true hunter and love connecting talented individuals with our clients needs we want to hear from you! This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruiter

Location: Anywhere in the world (ideally within GMT+2 max)

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dive into your own sourcing channels of your choice,job boards, social media, and networking to source, hunt and attract top-notch candidates

• Conduct screenings, assess qualifications, test language levels, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles

• Work directly with our SDM and MD to drive successful recruitment placements

• Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro as and when needed

• Keep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in English(spoken and written) - this is a non negotiable

• Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1)

• Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting talent (within Volume SaaS/BPO/Languages for roles clients within and outside of Europe)

• Important you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10,000 connections

• Stellar communication and people skills

• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently

• Great time management, responsiveness and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
