Autonomous Systems Security Engineer
Anthropic
Headquarters: Remote-Friendly (Travel Required) | San Francisco, CA
About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is trained and served on hardware in data centers Anthropic operates and in sites partners build and run for us. DCSE secures that footprint: the sites, the hardware moving through them, and the people and vendors who touch it. You'll be the engineer who owns autonomous systems across that footprint as one security domain, from both sides: drones, ground robots and automated vehicles for patrol, inspection and moving hardware, including the security of that automation inside secure areas, and the detection systems that tell us what is flying over or operating near a site uninvited.
You set the approach, select and integrate the platforms and sensors, write the requirements vendors build to, and run what you ship, from the operating model where operators assign missions and machines carry them out to the playbook that turns a detection into an identified track and a well-evidenced handoff to whoever holds authority over the airspace. Interdiction is not part of this role. The goal is security that runs itself: coverage, fleet health and evidence verified continuously, with tools and AI agents doing the routine triage. We favor simple, standard controls and tools that can be verified over elaborate ones. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
You'll work with the rest of DCSE, including its physical security systems engineers and the engineers on its security monitoring platform, with Anthropic's data center operations and legal teams, and directly with site operators, equipment vendors and aviation and public safety authorities. The role is based in San Francisco, with remote applicants in the US considered, and involves regular travel to data center sites, which are critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
-
Autonomous security and inspection systems: own the drones, ground robots and other autonomous platforms for perimeter patrol, incident response and infrastructure inspection: platform selection, operating model, operator qualification, maintenance, and the data path from machine to analyst
-
Tools, automation and AI agents: build the integrations that carry detections, tracks, telemetry and fleet health into the team's security monitoring platform, and the tools and agents that triage detections, check fleet health and assemble evidence. When a review keeps costing people time, you build the tool or agent that retires it
-
Detection of uncrewed systems: engineer the sensing that tells us what is flying over or operating near a site, what it is and who needs to know: sensor selection and evaluation against live targets, per-site coverage, classification and false-alarm handling, and the playbook from first detection to handoff, with evidence retained
-
Security of site automation: engineer the controls on automated vehicles, robots and similar machines that move hardware or work inside secure areas: identity and access, network isolation, what they may record and where it goes, fail-secure behavior, their place in chain of custody, and acceptance before they enter a site
-
Regulatory and site constraints: establish what we may sense, fly, drive, record and retain at each site, partner-operated sites included, under the aviation, spectrum, privacy and safety rules that apply there, with the waivers and approvals that extend it and coordination with local authorities set up before it is needed
-
Health monitoring: define and test heartbeats, loss-of-coverage and lost-link alarms and fail-secure behavior, so a silent sensor or machine shows as a fault, not a quiet day
-
Vendor requirements and acceptance: write the requirements, evaluate against live flights and runs, and hold vendors to what they ship
Minimum qualifications
-
Have engineered autonomous or sensing systems in the field (drones, ground robots, automated vehicles, or RF, radar or optical detection sensors): selected, integrated or secured them for an operation other people relied on, and verified what they actually do against real targets or runs rather than a datasheet
-
Have integrated systems you did not build (vendor APIs, SDKs, appliances, machine and sensor telemetry) into a platform that outlives any one of them
-
Read and review code, design the data systems behind security tooling, and build automation (often with AI coding agents) using Git and code review
-
Have done this work hands-on for data centers, critical infrastructure or a large hardware fleet
-
Have designed inside a regulatory or safety constraint (aviation, spectrum, privacy, machine safety or similar) and can show the decision it drove
-
Own a domain end to end: set the approach, carry it through with vendors, site operators, partners and authorities, and run it as something people depend on every day
Preferred qualifications
-
Remote pilot certification (for example FAA Part 107) and experience flying beyond visual line of sight under a waiver or exemption
-
Experience with counter-drone (counter-UAS) detection, airspace surveillance or air traffic data systems
-
Experience running a robot, drone or automated-vehicle fleet in an industrial, logistics or data center setting: fleet management, mission planning, safety cases
-
Experience securing embedded, operational technology or robotic systems: device identity, network segmentation, update control, logging
-
Experience with physical security operations at large sites, with law enforcement or aviation authorities, or at sites you did not fully control: cloud, colocation or GPU cloud operators
-
Have built AI agents or automation that replaced recurring manual work
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Logistics
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Learn more at get-carrot.com.
The Opportunity
Carrot is looking for a Sr. IT Systems Engineer to design, scale, and secure the identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms that power our global, remote-first workforce. You will set the technical direction for how employees and devices connect to Carrot systems, while staying hands-on in the tooling, automation, and complex problem-solving that make IT reliable at scale.
This role sits at the center of IT engineering. You will lead larger initiatives from design through rollout, partner closely with Information Security on zero-trust and compliance priorities, and raise the bar for the rest of the team through standards, documentation, and mentorship. If you want broad technical ownership, influence over the IT roadmap, and the chance to build systems that grow with a high-growth healthcare company, this role was built for that.
What You’ll Own
In this role, you will:
- Architect and own Carrot's identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms, including Okta, JAMF, Intune, and Google Workspace, with a focus on security, reliability, and user experience
- Lead design and rollout of larger IT initiatives, such as zero-trust access models, device compliance frameworks, and global endpoint standards
- Build and maintain automation and infrastructure as code that manage configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle workflows at scale
- Partner with Information Security to design controls, drive vulnerability management, and keep Carrot audit-ready for SOC 2, HIPAA, and customer security reviews
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point, leading incident response and root cause analysis for complex or high-impact issues

- Evaluate vendors and tools, build business cases, and make clear recommendations on build versus buy tradeoffs
- Design environments that support global care and operations teams, including secure and efficient remote computing setups
- Contribute to the IT roadmap and communicate priorities, risks, and progress to technical and business stakeholders
What Success Looks Like
In your first 12–18 months, you will have:
- Established a clear, documented architecture and standards for identity, endpoint, and SaaS management that the team can build on
- Delivered at least one major platform initiative, such as a zero-trust access model or endpoint modernization, with measurable gains in security posture and employee experience
- Reduced manual IT work through automation and infrastructure as code, with a measurable drop in recurring ticket volume
- Strengthened audit readiness, contributing to clean results on security and compliance reviews
- Raised the technical capability of the team through mentorship, documentation, and shared standards
- Built trusted partnerships with Information Security, People, Engineering, and Finance
About You
You likely have:
- 6+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, endpoint engineering, or infrastructure roles, including ownership of production platforms
- Deep, hands-on expertise with identity and access platforms such as Okta, including SSO, SCIM, lifecycle automation, and conditional access
- Expert-level experience managing Mac and Windows fleets with JAMF and Intune, including packaging, deployment, security policy, and compliance enforcement
- Strong scripting and automation skills (for example Python, Bash, or PowerShell), with experience using APIs and source-controlled configuration
- Experience designing and implementing security controls, such as encryption, vulnerability management, and zero-trust principles, in partnership with Security teams
- A track record of leading cross-functional technical projects from design through rollout without direct authority
- Experience mentoring or technically guiding other engineers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tradeoffs for executive and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have ⭐
While not required, we would be especially excited if you bring:
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated environment (for example, HIPAA or SOC 2)
- Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD practices applied to endpoint or SaaS configuration
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP and modern cloud networking concepts
- Experience designing remote computing environments for call center or clinical operations teams, such as VDI or managed browser models

The Principal Data Engineer will lead critical architectural decisions across data ingestion, storage, transformation, orchestration, governance, observability, and consumption, while raising the engineering bar through mentorship, design reviews, and pragmatic best practices.
You will work across engineering, analytics, platform, security, and business stakeholders to create systems that make trusted data accessible, timely, and actionable at scale.
What You’ll Do
Lead Data Architecture and System Design
- Own the technical vision and architecture for scalable, resilient, and cost-effective data platforms and pipelines.
- Design end-to-end data systems spanning batch and streaming ingestion, transformation, data modeling, storage, orchestration, serving layers, and consumption patterns.
- Make and document high-quality architecture decisions, including tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, scalability, latency, security, maintainability, and cost.
- Define reusable architectural patterns for common data engineering challenges, including CDC, event-driven data flows, schema evolution, slowly changing dimensions, data quality, and multi-tenant or domain-oriented data models.
- Establish clear boundaries and interfaces between operational systems, data platforms, analytics layers, and downstream applications.
- Lead technical design reviews for high-impact initiatives and provide clear, constructive direction on implementation approaches.
- Identify architectural risks early and drive plans to mitigate technical debt, single points of failure, data inconsistency, and operational fragility.
Set Engineering Standards and Best Practices
- Establish and continuously improve standards for data engineering development, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, incident response, and lifecycle management.
- Define best practices for version-controlled data transformations, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, code review, automated testing, and environment promotion.
- Build a culture of data reliability by implementing standards for data contracts, schema management, lineage, observability, freshness, completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation.
- Champion security, privacy, access control, governance, retention, and compliance requirements throughout the data lifecycle.
- Develop practical engineering guardrails that enable teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality, trust, or operational excellence.
- Drive adoption of well-defined SLIs, SLOs, alerting, runbooks, and post-incident learning practices for critical data products.
Drive Technical Decision-Making
- Serve as a trusted technical authority for complex, cross-functional decisions involving data architecture, tooling, platform capabilities, and engineering investments.
- Facilitate technical discussions that turn ambiguous requirements into durable, well-reasoned solutions.
- Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, platform technologies, and vendor capabilities using clear criteria and documented recommendations.
- Align architecture decisions with organizational priorities, business outcomes, data strategy, and long-term platform sustainability.
- Create and maintain architecture decision records, reference architectures, roadmaps, and technical standards that provide clarity across teams.
- Influence leaders and stakeholders through concise communication of technical options, risks, tradeoffs, and recommended paths forward.
Build and Improve Data Products
- Lead the design and development of high-value, production-grade data pipelines, datasets, and platform capabilities.
- Partner with data analysts, data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver well-modeled, discoverable, and trustworthy data products.
- Optimize data systems for reliability, usability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy platforms, consolidation of fragmented pipelines, and reduction of manual operational processes.
- Ensure data products are designed with clear ownership, documentation, lineage, quality expectations, and support models.
Mentor and Multiply Engineering Excellence
- Mentor data engineers at all levels, with a particular focus on growing senior engineers into strong technical leaders.
- Provide practical coaching on system design, data modeling, debugging, performance tuning, code quality, and production operations.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Establish reusable templates, reference implementations, and playbooks that improve consistency and accelerate delivery.
- Foster an inclusive, high-accountability engineering culture centered on thoughtful collaboration, continuous learning, and ownership.
- Act as a technical multiplier: helping teams make better decisions independently while maintaining alignment with shared architectural principles.

MSP Mac Help Desk Guru (work from home)
Ignition, Inc.
Headquarters: ignitionit.com
URL: https://ignitionit.com
Fully Remote · Work from home · Full-time (Eastern or Pacific time zones) · Apple-first
TL;DR
ignitionit.com is a seasoned, Apple-first MSP — in business for almost 30 years — and we're hiring a Help Desk Technician to be the friendly, capable first voice our clients reach when something isn't working. This position is a remote, work-from-home, full-time role.
We've written this as a junior-to-mid-level job description because that's where most great people start on our team. But if you're more seasoned — comfortable in identity, MDM, or security work — don't scroll past. We'd be delighted to find someone who can step in higher up the ladder, and we'll happily talk about a more senior scope and comp if that's you.
What the actual job???
Unlike many IT shops, we believe that the technology is the tactic. The actual job is making people feel taken care of. One of our core values is “49% tech support, 51% human support.”
You'll succeed by configuring devices, resetting access, untangling email, and chasing down the gremlin that's been haunting someone's conference room. But you'll know you succeeded when a client exhales and says, “Thank goodness you're on it!” That Warm Fuzzy Feeling™ is the actual product. The green lights on the dashboard are just how we get there.
In a typical week, you might:
-
Onboard a new hire at a fast-growing startup: provision their Mac, set up their Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, enroll the device in MDM, and make sure day one feels effortless.
-
Offboard a departing employee cleanly — recover the laptop, revoke access, and close the loop so nothing's left dangling. All boxes checked, ticket notated and closed, client followed up with.
-
Field a "my email stopped working" ticket that turns out to be a DNS thing, a phishing-filter thing, or a "they changed their password on their phone three weeks ago" thing.
-
Help a family office or RIA get a touchy Zoom Room or conference-room AV setup behaving before a meeting — over the phone.
-
Triage the queue so phones get answered fast, emails don't rot, and nobody feels forgotten — even when the honest answer is, “We're on it, but here's the realistic timeline."
⠀ You'll be the front line: helping with what you can, researching what you can't, and pinging the rest of the team when you're genuinely stuck. That last part is a skill, not a weakness — knowing when to ask is half the job.
About ignitionit.com
We're one of the oldest Apple Technical Partners on the planet, and one of the only certified Apple Premier Partners — that’s kinda like getting knighted by the ghost of Steve Jobs. We started where you’d expect to find Macs (creative agencies, non-profits, education) but our primary clients today are cutting-edge, venture-backed AI SaaS startups, VC and private equity firms, registered investment advisors — many of them operating under stringent compliance expectations (SOC 2, SEC). That means we hold ourselves to a higher standard than the scrappy shop we started as. Polished, reliable, security-minded work is the baseline now — but always with a smile!
What hasn't changed: relationships are still our most valuable currency — with clients, with vendors, and with each other. We're a tight, supportive team. We teach each other what we know, cover for each other when life throws a punch, and care a little too much about doing things the right way. We're still a bit weird, and our clients seem to like us that way.
We move fast, priorities shift, it’s not always documented (whatever it is), our tool set and list of supported platforms is sprawling, and some days the to-do list is longer than you'd like. If you can stay warm under pressure, create order out of chaos, learn new stuff fast because you love it, and speak up when you need help, you'll thrive here.
If you need a rigid, fully-documented, never-changes environment where nobody trusts you with admin access, where you will be micro-managed so you never have to wonder whether or not you’re doing the right thing, this isn't it. You’ll have a ton of independence on our team, and freedom to use your best judgment to get the ball over the finish line, but that also means we expect you to be naturally responsible, honest, and highly accountable — to yourself, your teammates, and the clients. As they say, the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.
The tech you'll work with (and grow into)
Day one, you'll be living in:
-
Apple at the core — macOS, iOS, Apple Business Manager, and MDM (Jamf / Iru / Intune / Workspace ONE / and more)
-
Yes, PCs too — about one-third of our users are driving Windows
-
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin consoles
-
Identity and access — SSO, MFA, and security keys (Okta, Entra ID, Yubikey, and friends)
-
Lots of other security tools — our stack is constantly evolving and may vary from client to client
-
The everyday productivity stack — Slack, Zoom, conference-room AV, networking basics (Meraki), and endpoint tooling
⠀ You don't need to know all of this. You need to be the kind of person who wants to. As you grow, there's a clear path into infrastructure administration, project architecture and implementation, and — for the right person — security and compliance work (phishing simulations, endpoint detection, SOC 2 / CIS / SEC readiness, due diligence questionnaire support, etc.). That's where our most senior people live, and it's wide open.
Who we hope you are
The hard requirements — we won't move forward unless you:
-
Can work standard business hours in Eastern or Pacific time zones (we currently need both)
-
Have a quiet home workspace and reliable broadband
-
Have proven Apple aptitude — you actually use and like the Apple ecosystem
-
Have at least 5 years of IT support experience on the job.
⠀ Everything else — and this is the longer list, on purpose. We figure technical skills are teachable; character takes a lot longer. So we're looking for someone who:
-
Genuinely cares — about clients, teammates, and doing right by people
-
Loves to learn, and proves it in how they spend their time
-
Reads, and writes clearly — clear writing is clear thinking, and you'll do a lot of it
-
Stays calm and kind with a frustrated person on the other end of the line
-
Can tell the difference between good customer service and fantastic customer service, and refuses to settle for the former
-
Notices when something's being done inefficiently and fixes it (you may boast about it later, that’s fine)
-
Proofreads their own work (yes, we noticed whether you proofread your application)
-
Has a sense of humor, and doesn't take themselves too seriously
Regarding AI
Our company founder/CEO is headquartered in the Bay Area. We work with innovative, ambitious companies developing AI products. Our team members hold a range of opinions about whether AI is “good or bad” for humans, but at the end of the day, we embrace the plain fact that it is here, we must embrace it to evolve, and our clients increasingly depend on us to help them embrace it, too, to help them evolve and stay competitive.
Our CEO's opinion: AI will not replace human labor any time soon; rather, AI is a new opportunity to either (a) get things done faster, or (b) get a much higher quality of output than before. If you’re an AI tinkerer, great! We want to hear how you’re using it and see your latest vibe project. If you’re allergic to AI or have no interest in learning new habits to work effectively with it, this is not the place for you.
Compensation & logistics
-
Base salary: Applicants outside the USA will be compensated according to your local employment market. For applicants closer to the junior side who are located in the USA, $50,000–$65,000/yr, depending on experience level and your local geographical price index. With experience, comp goes up from there. Genuinely experienced, more senior candidates can be slotted higher — let's talk.
-
Type & location: Full-time, work from home, fully remote. Eastern or Pacific time zones.
-
Benefits: Medical / dental / vision for the employee, 401(k) with employer contribution, 2 weeks of PTO annually to start, and a stipend for your home internet.
How to apply
The first step is really easy and only takes 10 minutes — no resume, no cover letter, no essays. Here's how:
-
Take this online Culture Index assessment (about 10 minutes): We use it to screen for people whose natural wiring fits how our team works.
-
If your profile lines up with what we're looking for, we'll reach out and ask you to complete a 60-minute TestGorilla assessment for critical thinking skills, send us your resume, and maybe a couple of other items.
-
From there, we conduct between 2-4 video interviews. One of these might be a live technical assessment.
If the Culture Index step feels like a strange way to start a job application — that's kind of the point. Remember the phrase Think Different?
Ignition is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome and will consider all qualified applicants. Good luck in your search — and may the Force be with you!

While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Individuality, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work.
We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.
Ping Identity is seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and highly influential Director, Global Alliances – Accenture to own and accelerate our relationship with Accenture worldwide.
This is a high-impact global leadership role—not a regional partner-management position. You will serve as Ping’s single accountable alliance leader for Accenture, shaping the global strategy, executive relationship, operating model, and joint go-to-market plan across Accenture’s Identity, Security, Technology, Song, industry, cloud, delivery, and managed-services organizations.
The successful candidate will turn a complex global relationship into a focused, repeatable growth engine—aligning executives, mobilizing Ping’s teams, and helping Accenture make Ping the identity platform of choice in strategic transformation programs.
This is a hands-on builder role. You will craft the strategy, create the operating model, and drive execution from executive alignment through customer outcomes. You will build top-down and bottoms-up engagement and convert shared priorities into strategic collaboration agreements, joint investment plans, and measurable results.
What you will own
Global alliance strategy and executive leadership
- Define and execute a multi-year global Accenture alliance strategy aligned to Ping’s corporate priorities, growth objectives, product strategy, and regional plans.
- Establish trusted relationships with Accenture’s global and regional executives across Identity, Cybersecurity, Technology, Song, cloud, industry, delivery, and managed services.
- Act as Ping’s primary global Accenture leadership point and orchestrate executive alignment when priorities, resources, commercial interests, or customer pursuits require senior intervention.
- Build and maintain a joint annual business plan with clear priorities, investments, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Create a global-to-local operating model that gives AMER, EMEA, and APJ teams a common strategy while allowing appropriate regional and country-level activation.
- Drive GTM Acceleration, ensuring Ping is front-and-center with Accenture SAL’s and CAL’s across industry verticals.
Strategic engagement and collaboration agreements
- Build a deliberate, multi-threaded engagement model with Accenture’s global leadership, practice executives, industry leaders, regional sponsors, account executives, and delivery leaders.
- Create executive alignment around a small number of strategic priorities, including the business case, mutual value, investment requirements, customer outcomes, and path to scale.
- Develop, advance, and operationalize strategic collaboration agreements, memoranda of understanding, annual business plans, and related partnership frameworks with Accenture.
- Translate agreements into clear gives-and-gets, governance structures, named owners, investment principles, milestones, escalation paths, and measurable success criteria.
- Partner with Ping Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and executive leadership to ensure agreements are commercially sound, executable, and connected to Ping’s broader strategy.
- Establish a cadence of executive briefings, steering committees, business reviews, and working sessions that keeps both organizations aligned and accountable.
- Identify when a relationship should progress from informal collaboration to a formal strategic agreement, and lead the internal and partner process required to make that progression successful.
Joint go-to-market and revenue growth
- Develop a disciplined joint go-to-market motion spanning “to,” “with,” and “through” Accenture partner routes.
- Build and manage a prioritized target-account strategy, including account mapping, install-base intelligence, whitespace analysis, opportunity hypotheses, and executive sponsorship.
- Mobilize Ping account teams and Accenture sales, account, industry, and practice leaders around qualified opportunities and strategic pursuits.
- Drive partner-sourced, partner-influenced, co-sell, resale, services-attach, and expansion revenue while establishing clear definitions for attribution and credit.
- Create repeatable joint offers and sales plays that connect Ping’s identity security platform with Accenture’s consulting, implementation, transformation, and managed-services capabilities.
- Improve pipeline quality, progression, forecast accuracy, win rates, deal velocity, and strategic account penetration through consistent inspection and action planning.
- Ensure that the partnership produces referenceable customer outcomes—not only activity, meetings, or enablement attendance.
Governance, operating rhythm, and accountability
- Establish a practical governance model with executive sponsorship, a named steering committee, working teams, escalation paths, and clear decision rights.
- Lead monthly operating reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning sessions with Ping and Accenture executives.
- Maintain a shared scorecard covering pipeline, bookings, revenue, services attach, target-account engagement, enablement, certifications, delivery capacity, joint offers, lighthouse customers, customer outcomes, and referenceability.
- Convert strategic intent into 30-, 60-, and 90-day execution plans with named owners and measurable milestones.
- Identify execution gaps early, make trade-offs explicit, and hold both organizations accountable for commitments.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and leadership teams to establish sound commercial, investment, compliance, and reporting practices.
Enablement, delivery, and customer success
- Work with the partner enablement team to build a scalable enablement strategy for Accenture sales, solution architects, consultants, and delivery professionals.
- Align Ping Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, Support, Enablement and other partner delivery resources to improve implementation quality, customer outcomes, and feedback loops.
- Connect enablement to pipeline, pursuits, implementations, services attach, and customer outcomes.
- Set targets, identify gaps, coordinate Ping resources, and report progress through alliance governance and quarterly business reviews.
Cross-functional leadership inside Ping
- Serve as Accenture’s connective tissue between Global Alliances and Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Create clarity on roles, resources, pursuit strategy, deal engagement, channel conflict, commercial guardrails, and escalation paths.
- Champion partner-led execution across Ping’s global field organization and make it easy for sellers to understand when and how to engage Accenture.
- Represent the voice of Accenture internally while protecting Ping’s strategic, customer, commercial, and operational interests.
- Build a culture of ownership, transparency, urgency, and measurable execution across the virtual alliance team.
