ABOUT THE ROLE (*This is NOT an admin role).
For the FAS project there is a need for a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support the FAS DDI deliverables processing and approvals/rejections from FAS vendor and deliverables from all other MES vendors impacted by FAS DDI to include quality of transfer, storage, and processing of associated deliverables using version control to/from the MES vendors, internal development teams, SMEs, and other contracted companies.
Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office. Support processing of MES O&M requests/deliverables.
This position is responsible for maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files; generating and/or posting recurring/ad-hoc status reports and providing responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff. This position assists and works closely with the Information Management and PMO teams, Agency SME community, along with the MES vendors.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office. Support processing of MES O&M requests/deliverables.
There are literally hundred's of deliverables and this resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans. This is NOT an Admin role!
Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner; these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.
Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
Along with DDI deliverables they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.
Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.
Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.
Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
Complete change management requirements/tasks.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.
Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.
Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.
