What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
Develops and implements sales and/or marketing strategies.
Close new orders for all NA customers.
Serves as the primary interface for assigned products, services and clients for the assigned product line/portfolio.
Proposes product applications and solutions so that product and service deliveries meet customer requirements.
Makes sales presentations to customers and negotiates contract scope and conditions.
Performs opportunity identification, tracking and proposal process and recommends process changes.
Develops and maintains customer relationships.
Develops economic scenarios to help top management challenge and validate key business decisions.
Shares information so that all business players develop a level of competencies and performances in line with customer requirements.
Manages estimates and facilitates contract amendments so that each deal meets the targeted level of profit margin.
Uses SPEAK (appointment with clients, reporting, presentation, opportunity follow up, information sharing with management and product manager).
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
Minimum of 4 years of related experience is required or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
Skilled in building trust, listening actively, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
Total Rewards Package
Salary: $85,000-$116,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
Customer and Competitor Intelligence
Support the Customer Intelligence Leader by gathering, monitoring, and analyzing customer, competitor, and market intelligence across the North American nuclear energy market to support strategic decision-making.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to mine, synthesize, and analyze information from competitor and customer capital plans, financial reports, earnings calls, investor presentations, Integrated Resource Plans, regulatory filings, press releases, industry news, competitor announcements, and intelligence gathered by Framatome executives and managers.
Apply AI-enabled research and analysis tools to accelerate intelligence gathering, summarize complex information, identify market signals, and improve the quality, consistency, and repeatability of recurring intelligence products.
Support the development and maintenance of a centralized intelligence repository to improve visibility, accessibility, consistency, and reuse of customer, competitor, and market intelligence across the organization.
Conduct market research and financial analysis to support strategic planning, customer engagement, business development, and commercial initiatives.
Able to build and maintain advanced Power BI and Excel data models to deliver critical KPIs, including revenue, orders, backlog, forecasts, and customer metrics.
Analyze, modify, and combine large and complex data sets from multiple sources.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization—from end users to Executive Leadership.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on data, processes, and metrics.
Translate technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly language for non‑technical stakeholders.
Strategic Analysis & Executive Support for the North American Platform
Compile and analyze data for North American commercial reviews.
Prepare revenue and orders forecasts and support executive level presentations.
Produce recurring reporting packages for Executive Leadership, including monthly global and North America executive presentations.
Support Account Managers and leadership with data analysis, financial information, and presentation preparation.
What You'll Bring

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
Currently seeking an IB Sales Manager to drive nuclear engineering service sales by developing strategies, closing domestic and international orders, and managing client relationships. The role requires technical proposals, contract negotiation for high-profit margins, and CRM forecasting. Candidates must have experience in technical sales/engineering, a technical degree, and strong commercial acumen.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to secure new orders from domestic and international nuclear customers.
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, proposing customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Manage the entire proposal process, including proposal identification, tracking, drafting, and contract negotiations (scope, price, terms).
Manage estimates and facilitate contract amendments to ensure deals meet targeted profit margins.

What You'll Bring
