About Fluidstack We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it.
We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.
We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!
How We Operate Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.
Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.
Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.
Role Scope Own automation systems across the factory: robot cells, conveyance, and the controls tying them into one line.
Set the automation architecture, PLCs, safety systems, and integration standards, before the equipment is bought.
Lead integrator selection and hold them to acceptance criteria you write.
Commission cells to rate and keep them there: OEE owned at the system level.
What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would .
You've led automation for a manufacturing line from concept through rate production.
You've specified and accepted integrator-built cells, and rejected the ones that didn't meet spec.
You're hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks when it matters.
You design safety in from the start: risk assessments, guarding, and functional safety.
You debug at 2am when the launch needs it and fix the root cause after.
Bonus: Rockwell or Siemens platforms. Robot programming (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA). Weld or steel automation. Greenfield launches.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and protected veterans’ status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Role Scope Run the master schedule and cost controls across a portfolio of concurrent gigawatt-scale data center builds, keeping every site's plan tied to the forward pipeline.
Build the reporting rhythm that gives delivery leads and executives a single source of truth on schedule, budget, and risk across all active programs.
Drive the integrated risk register from identification to mitigation, surfacing schedule and cost exposure weeks before it lands on the critical path.
Stand up the program controls tooling and standards that let a new site plug into the same schedule, cost, and reporting model on day one.
Coordinate across construction, procurement, design, and commissioning to keep interdependencies visible and handoffs clean.
What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would .
You've owned program controls, schedule, cost, and risk, across a portfolio of large capital projects running at the same time.
You've built a reporting cadence that executives actually trust to make decisions, not a deck no one reads.
You catch schedule slips and cost overruns weeks before they surface, because your integrated schedule and risk register are live, not stale.
You've stood up program controls standards or tooling from scratch and gotten multiple teams to actually use them.
You coordinate across construction, procurement, and design without losing track of the interdependencies that break schedules.
You write clearly enough to turn a tangled program status into a decision and a next step for a delivery lead or a CEO.
Bonus: Data center, mission-critical, or large industrial construction. Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling at portfolio scale. Earned value management. Modular or repeatable build programs.
We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
