Job Description/Responsibilities
Join the team behind some of the world's most recognized spirits brands. As a Warehouse Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to operate material handling equipment, support inventory accuracy, and contribute to the success of daily operations.
What You'll Do
Pick, stage, and load customer orders while ensuring shipping accuracy.
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, store, and organize inventory safely.
Verify production counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while following all safety policies and procedures.
Care for assigned equipment and support continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required
High school diploma or GED.
Two years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or related experience.
Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and material handling equipment.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Preferred
Previous forklift experience or forklift certification.
Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Experience with inventory control or warehouse management systems.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.

Job Description/Responsibilities
The Maintenance Team Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for guiding a team of skilled maintenance technicians to ensure the safe and reliable operation of production equipment. This role combines strong technical expertise with frontline leadership to support production goals, improve equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Maintenance and Operations leadership, you'll foster a safe, high-performing environment while developing team members and maintaining world-class manufacturing standards.
What You'll Do
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and production uptime.
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to maintenance technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment while communicating maintenance priorities with operations and leadership.
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance work to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, equipment reliability, and maintenance performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.
Previous experience leading, supervising, coaching, or mentoring maintenance employees or crews.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience in a Maintenance Team Lead, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
Experience in a cooperage, sawmill, stave mill, lumber, wood products, or other heavy manufacturing environment.
Experience developing maintenance technicians and building high-performing teams.
Experience using CMMS, preventive maintenance programs, and reliability best practices.
