This position is responsible for meeting the goals and objectives of the organization by overseeing or assisting with the day-to-day activities for the rollstock and converting department. Ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and providing leadership to a team of operators to meet production targets.

The Lead Mounting Position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating plate mounting, tooling management, and sleeve inventory processes to support efficient flexographic printing operations. This role serves as a technical lead within the Mounting Department, ensuring plates, tooling, and ITR sleeves are properly inspected, organized, maintained, and available to meet production schedules. The Lead Mounting employee works closely with Production, Customer Service, Graphics, and Prepress teams to maintain print quality standards, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
