Recruit22 is partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Delivery to lead the successful execution of large-scale business and technology initiatives.
This individual will serve as a strategic delivery leader responsible for driving complex, enterprise-critical programs from planning through execution. The ideal candidate combines expertise in Agile delivery, program leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to ensure business outcomes are achieved efficiently and effectively.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong collaboration with executive leadership, technology teams, product organizations, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Delivery- Lead cross-functional teams responsible for delivering enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives.
- Own end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and governance structures.
- Manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
- Coordinate planning sessions, program reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and executive steering meetings.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks while proactively resolving impediments.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, risk management, security, and compliance requirements.
- Drive accountability across delivery teams to achieve commitments and business results.
- Present concise, executive-level updates regarding program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Translate complex technical topics into actionable business insights and impacts.
- Partner with senior executives, business sponsors, technology leaders, and operational teams to align priorities and expectations.
- Support business case development, ROI tracking, investment planning, and value realization efforts.
- Facilitate strategic decision-making by presenting clear options, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
- Champion Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices across programs and teams.
- Establish delivery metrics and performance dashboards to improve transparency and predictability.
- Monitor key flow metrics, including throughput, cycle time, lead time, work-in-progress, and delivery effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop delivery managers, scrum teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Promote best practices for agile planning, execution, reporting, and governance.
- Drive consistency in delivery methodologies, tools, and standards throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of program, project, or delivery management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
- 6+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams, Agile teams, program managers, or enterprise project organizations.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Lean, Continuous Delivery, and modern software development practices.
- Knowledge of SDLC, change management, risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Healthcare, health technology, insurance, or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives or Agile delivery organizations.
- Agile certifications such as:
- SAFe

- PgMP
- PMP
- Scrum-related certifications
- Experience establishing or enhancing delivery management capabilities within an organization.
