Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure order accuracy with specific emphasis on inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory control, replenishments and putaway.
Work as an intermediary between the shift manager and the line-level staff to ensure that management directives are being completed.
Motivate the team in completion of daily tasks including, but not limited to, picking, replenishments, receiving, cycle counts, etc.
Train junior staff on facility operations in accordance with SOPs.
Ensure room cleaning is conducted during, and at the end, of every shift.
Operate PIT equipment (obtain licensure).
Perform quality assurance checks for product type, weight specifications, batch, and dates codes to ensure that inventory functions are focused on inventory management in FIFO fashion.
Be flexible in daily work assignment and eager to learn multiple tasks (loader, receiver, inventory control, etc.).
Can perform job functions one level above and two levels below position in order fulfill vacancies in any position that may arise.
Perform all duties with the use of the RF scanner gun.
Any other duty as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Wine Enthusiast is seeking a Local Delivery Coordinator who can provide assistance to our customers working from our distribution center in South River, NJ.
