JD : Core Focus: Secure and modernize laboratory and Operational Technology (OT) environments across global sites (e.g., Boston, Oxford) while aligning them with enterprise security standards.

Key Workstreams:

• Remediate Non-Attributable Accounts (NAAs) and transition workflows to secure service accounts and password management tools (e.g., BeyondTrust).
• Enforce software governance, allowlists, and patch management across lab workstations.
• Deploy and manage endpoint security controls, including CrowdStrike EDR and tiered USB data transfer policies.
• Cross-Boundary Collaboration: Act as a bridge between IT security teams and non-technical stakeholders (lab scientists and Business System Owners) to deliver changes without disrupting critical scientific workflows.
• Requirements: 2 to 5 years of relevant IT/OT experience, strong hands-on Active Directory administration skills, and familiarity with regulated environments (such as biopharma/GxP) is a plus.
