H2 Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our outpatient rehabilitation team in Murray, Kentucky. At H2 Health in Murray, you'll work alongside a dedicated team providing comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services. The clinic treats a diverse orthopedic patient population and offers specialty services including sports rehabilitation, dry needling, balance and vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, Parkinson's BIG, chronic pain management, worker's compensation, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs). As Clinic Director, you'll play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, mentoring team members, fostering physician and community relationships, and driving continued clinic success.
Your Role- Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative clinical team.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.
- Oversee daily clinic operations and support operational excellence.
- Build relationships with physicians, referral sources, and the community.
- Drive clinic growth while maintaining high-quality patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and company policies.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to reduce documentation burden.
- Support manageable caseload expectations with strong administrative support.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous leadership or clinic management experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- This position is intended for experienced clinicians; new graduates are not eligible for consideration.

As Clinic Director, you'll play a key role in supporting clinicians, fostering a positive culture, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring patients receive individualized, evidence-based care that helps them return to the activities they enjoy most.
Your Role:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support for clinic operations and team development.
- Mentor and support therapists and staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and clinical excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, patients, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment while balancing leadership responsibilities.
- Support clinic growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
