POSITION TITLE: Storekeeper REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager / General Manager SUMMARY: The storekeeper is responsible for maintaining The BOH entrances free of objects, shelves clean and restocked, in their proper location, ware washing, receiving deliveries, maintaining the storage areas and general cleaning responsibilities of both the front of the house and back of the house rotating products utilizing the FIFO method and to understand the day dotes for proper rotation of the products.
