The Health & Human Services Navigator connects Library patrons with reliable health, wellness, and social-service information and community resources. This position develops educational health resources, assists patrons in navigating health and public benefit information, and coordinates visits and programs with community partners. The position requires professionalism, discretion, sensitivity, and strict confidentiality when assisting patrons. The Health & Human Services Navigator serves as an information and referral resource. The Navigator does not determine eligibility or provide medical, legal, financial, or benefits advice. The role is to help patrons locate reliable information, understand available resources, websites, materials, connect with qualified agencies and professionals.

The Digital Media Navigator creates engaging, professional digital content that promotes the Library’s programs, services, collections, resources, and events. This position helps tell the Library’s story and strengthen community engagement through social media, digital marketing, and the Library’s website. • The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while deadlines are essential. The Digital Media Navigator works under the Director and Department Heads.
