Job Summary
Immediate openings are available in our Steel and Aluminum Divisions due to growth. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and perform essential maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and the building.
- Utilize mechanical skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Install new equipment as needed.
- Possess working knowledge of PLCs; familiarity with Fanuc Controls is desirable.
- Have a background in robotics; capable of reading and wiring electrical schematics.
- Knowledge in wiring 480-volt circuits of motors and controls.
- Experience with metal stamping, CNC machine centers, and other high-speed assembly equipment is a plus.
- Possess a two-year technical degree or higher.
- Minimum of four years of experience in a maintenance position.
- Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.
- Ability to perform basic administrative skills, including creating work orders and documenting work performed.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a cross-functional team in the manufacturing process.
- Commitment to continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdowns.
- One-hour testing will be required as part of the interview process.
The shift follows a 2/3/2 schedule (Work, Work, Off, Off, Off, Work, Work) alternating weekly, with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Provide maintenance project management to mechanical and electrical system issues. Develop root cause solutions to system problems resulting in continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and direction in the absence of the Supervisor. This role will be included in the Facilities Leadership Team and will meet weekly with the FLT to maintain alignment and develop as a leader.
Provide technical expertise and training to all mechanic levels.
Oversee maintenance project work and coordinate the activities of mechanics.
Hire and manage contract labor for small maintenance related projects and escalate to superintendents when unable to act independently or project exceeds ***k.
Coordinate system shutdowns with other departments within the facility to minimize any impact to operations.
Perform Maintenance activities including PMs, Client, and Ems using Maximo.
What you'll bring:

High school diploma or GED required.
Prefer Technical School Training.
4-5 years of prior maintenance experience with mechanical systems such as boilers, air conditioning equipment, chillers, air compressors, etc.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with water for injection is preferred.
Experience with specifications and hardware/software control systems is desired.
Experience with personal computers including maintenance management systems, basic Microsoft office programs.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a mechanically skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to support our roll-forming manufacturing operation.
This is a hands-on position responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.
Industrial maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates with automotive, equipment repair, fabrication, or other strong mechanical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided on our roll-forming lines and production equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair roll-forming lines, presses, uncoilers, straighteners, feeders, conveyors, cranes, forklifts, and other production equipment.
Perform mechanical repairs involving bearings, shafts, chains, belts, gearboxes, motors, couplings, cylinders, and material-handling components.
Assist with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement.
Use hand tools, power tools, welders, measuring tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, fabrication, and improvement projects.
Respond to production breakdowns and work with operators and other maintenance personnel to safely return equipment to operation.
Document completed repairs, parts used, and additional work needed.
Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
