Our client is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to help design and develop electronic hardware solutions for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications. Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will work closely with engineering leaders, customers, and suppliers to develop innovative products from concept through implementation.
To be considered for Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 5 years of experience developing electronic hardware products and systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing electronic hardware products and bringing designs from concept through testing and implementation.
• Familiarity with one or more areas including circuit design, PCB development, embedded hardware, system integration, or hardware verification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional engineering teams.

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will:

• Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Conduct hardware integration, verification, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Support technical project planning, including proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and design reviews.
• Ensure traceability between customer requirements and system requirements.
• Develop engineering test requirements and unit-, subsystem-, and system-level test plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of new technologies, products, and processes that meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
