As the Guest Services Team Lead, you'll be the face of hospitality at our campground. You'll supervise and mentor a team of guest service professionals, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. You'll train staff on best practices, handle guest inquiries, manage front desk operations, and create a positive and efficient environment for both guests and team members.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor our Guest Services Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Guest-Centric Approach: Greet guests with a smile, address their needs with attentiveness and respect, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Handle with Care: Follow procedures for reservations, store sales, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Keep it Organized: Manage inventory stock counts and ensure the front office and store area are clean and well-maintained. Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome. Promote the Experience: Share information about local attractions, campground activities, and special offers. What We’re Looking For:

What You'll Do Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations Check guests in and out using our campground reservation systems Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Share information about campground amenities, events, activities, and local attractions Recommend retail items, firewood, rentals, and other offerings that enhance each guest's stay Resolve guest concerns or connect them with the appropriate team member Maintain organized guest records and accurate documentation Keep the front desk and guest areas clean, organized, and inviting
