Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time , Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.
This is a regional position and travel is required to occasionally cover our Ashburn and Fairfax centers, as needed.

Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. Extensive Regional Travel: This position primarily covers Reston but the ability to travel to any of our centers in Northern Virginia on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory. Reliable transportation is required. What We're Looking For:
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Our Ideal Team Member:
