Determines patients ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure is required Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
