Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, preferably in healthcare administration, including course work in business and human resources. Location will determine experience required. The ability to be a licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice is required. Other licenses as appropriate by state requirements and facility needs.
