Overview A large construction organization is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting and financial reporting function. This role is based in Wendell, NC and supports operations across multiple offices and states. The Controller will oversee a well-established accounting team, manage work-in-process and percentage-of-completion accounting, and partner with leadership to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values collaboration, strong communication, and thoughtful process evolution rather than top-down change.
