Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Allentown, PA.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Pennsylvania
Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.
Compensation: Up to $128,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
What We Need:
Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week

Behavioral Health Generalists - open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support!)
Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours

Job Details
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated neurologist to provide expert care to patients with neurological disorders, including but not limited to epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, migraines, and neuropathies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of neurology and an ability to establish trust with patients while delivering excellent clinical care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive neurological care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of neurological conditions.
Perform neurological assessments and interpret diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT scans, EEGs, and lumbar punctures.
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient care, including medication management, physical therapy referrals, and lifestyle counseling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and practice policies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, specialists, and nurses, to provide integrated care.
Participate in regular continuing education and stay updated on advancements in neurology.
Educate patients and their families on neurological disorders, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to improve the patient experience.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of residency training in Neurology.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.
Valid medical license to practice in New Jersey.
Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Experience in managing a variety of neurological conditions is preferred but not required.
