Ensure completion of end-of-shift responsibilitiesbefore team members depart
Participate in onboarding and trainingof new team members to foster long-term success
Maintain accurate controlled substance logsand complete daily checks inEzyVet
Act as a liaisonbetween the emergency team and hospital leadership to ensure alignment and support
Monitor and manage staffing needs, shift coverage, and scheduling adjustments
Uphold hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies
Attend leadership meetingsand contribute to hospital-wide process improvement initiatives
Who We're Looking For:
CVT/LVT/RVT licensurein good standing
Strong technical skills and confidence working in emergency settings
Priorleadership or supervisory experiencepreferred
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
Experience withEzyVetor similar hospital management systems
The ability todelegate, organize, and lead with professionalism
A commitment to patient advocacy, mentorship, and collaborative care
