Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing*
Professional nurse licensure required

Maintain current regulatory and practice credentials, when appropriate, based on assignment

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position at the Instructor level is between $53,520.9 and $93,918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, including faculty rank; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. The Procurement Manager of Indirect Spend will lead the procurement of products utilized to support the company’s daily operations. RESPONSIBILITES:
· Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, establish and maintain supplier relationships, and manage ongoing performance and supplier development.
· Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including conducting RFPs and related sourcing events.
· Evolve and expand our core products in a disciplined manner to support internal plant/corporate operations.
· Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks such as supply disruption and cost fluctuation.
· Apply a data-driven focus to SKU/supplier rationalization and assortment expansion with intent on driving consistency, operational efficiency, and improved service across Operations.
· Partner with Procurement Operations and Supply Chain to drive field communication and configure supplier catalogs with curated items

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
· A minimum of 4-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, category management or strategic sourcing
· Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and across remote platforms.
