About

There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.

Our first application is an agent-first mobile communication app. We believe building applications that users use daily for communication, coordination and collaboration needs will help integrate AI into their lives. The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high-quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.

Role

  • Define product roadmaps, requirements and success metrics for assigned product areas

  • Identify user needs and translate them into product features, workflows and specifications

  • Evaluate technical approaches with engineering, balancing performance, reliability, usability and development effort

  • Lead product development from planning and design through testing, launch and improvement

  • Analyse user behaviour, product performance and experiments to improve adoption, engagement and retention

  • Assess market opportunities, competing products and user feedback to guide product priorities

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping technology products

  • Strong system design knowledge and the ability to evaluate architecture, data models, integrations, reliability and performance trade-offs

  • Ability to challenge technical proposals, identify architectural risks and work with engineering to resolve complex product and system constraints

  • Experience owning complex products or workflows end-to-end, from problem definition and technical scoping through launch and production iteration

  • Ability to balance quality, latency, reliability, development cost and time-to-market when making product decisions

  • Proven track record of improving adoption, engagement, retention or business outcomes through shipped products

  • Strong analytical judgment and experience designing experiments, interpreting metrics and making investment decisions based on evidence

Nice to Have

  • Experience with distributed systems, complex integrations

  • Experience with AI/ML products or LLM-based applications

  • Experience with workflow automation or other technically demanding products.

About the Role

Join a product team building software for temperature-sensitive logistics and regulated supply chains. You will guide core product modules and AI-powered agents that help logistics, quality, and operations teams make timely, evidence-based decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Own product roadmaps for core modules and a growing set of AI agents.

  • Define clear boundaries for agent recommendations, delegated actions, reasoning, and audit logs.

  • Work with customers in pharma logistics, quality, and supply chain operations to turn complex workflows into practical software.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams to deliver AI features grounded in product data and knowledge.

  • Define and measure outcomes such as automated decisions, time saved, and faster product releases.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of non-internship product management or product engineering experience, including 2 or more years building AI or ML-powered B2B SaaS products.

  • Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation, with the judgment to apply them where they provide real value.

  • Experience owning roadmaps, translating customer needs into software requirements, and collaborating across product, engineering, design, data science, and ML.

  • Experience defining and tracking concrete product outcomes or KPIs, as well as customer-facing product discovery with pharma logistics, quality, or supply chain users.

  • Familiarity with Python, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure is useful. Cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated product experience is a plus.

  • Must already be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $170,000 to $200,000 annually, with equity and health benefits. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Remote within the United States.
