Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?
You will own a defined book of TeamViewer's existing enterprise customers — accounts spending $1M+ in annual recurring revenue — and be accountable for retaining and growing every one of them. You are the sole owner of your accounts: the strategic relationship, the renewal, and the expansion plan sit with you, and you forecast all of it weekly.
This is a farming role. New-logo acquisition sits with our Account Executive team, and renewals under $10K are worked by the Enterprise Account Specialist desk, so your time goes where it matters most: deepening and expanding the accounts we already have.
Own a book of up to 40 enterprise accounts at $1M+ ARR as the sole account owner, with full accountability for gross retention, net revenue retention, and expansion.
Build and maintain account plans for your key accounts: stakeholder maps, renewal timelines, adoption status, expansion hypotheses, and risk.
Run every renewal in your book proactively, engaging well ahead of term end with a clear value narrative, and negotiate commercial terms including multi-year agreements.
Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities — additional seats, products, and use cases — through a consultative, solutions-focused approach with IT and business stakeholders.
Forecast weekly with accuracy: renewals and expansion by stage and category, with next steps and close dates current in Salesforce.
Take receipt of qualified opportunities handed up from the Enterprise Account Specialist desk
Partner with Enterprise Solution Engineers on technical validation and solution design, and with Customer Success and Support to resolve issues that put retention at risk.
Work with partners, distributors, and resellers on opportunities procured through the channel.
Bring customer and market insight back to Product, Marketing, and leadership; contribute to references, case studies, and customer events.
What success looks like:
Gross and net revenue retention at or above target across your book.
Expansion quota attained, with a healthy, accurately forecast pipeline.
Every account with a current plan and a known renewal path; no surprises at term end.
Clean handoffs with the Account Executive and Specialist teams — nothing falling between roles.
Qualifications:
3+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales with existing customers; SaaS or technology required.
A proven record of retaining and expanding a book of business against retention and expansion targets.
Strong commercial skills: negotiation, multi-year structuring, and navigating procurement in mid-size and large organizations.
Consultative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to engage IT leaders and business stakeholders on value and roadmap.
Disciplined operator: weekly forecasting, account planning, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in executive conversations.
Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.

Strategic Account Manager
Mission Critical Group
The dedicated Strategic Account Manager owns MCG's deepest, highest-value data center relationships. Strategic accounts are few by design — partnerships that are earned, not declared — and each one warrants dedicated ownership, executive sponsorship, and a multi-year account plan. You will carry a very small, premium book of data center accounts and be measured on the depth, durability, and growth of those relationships rather. The priority is to develop new customer relationships: retain, expand, and co-create.
Your book
- 2–4 named Strategic accounts, the top of MCG's data center customers.
- Each account paired 1:1 with dedicated Inside Sales and Solutions Architect support.
- Executive sponsors assigned per account; you orchestrate that sponsorship.
What you'll do
- Own a multi-year strategic account plan for each account — relationship map, total available market mapping, integration into data center development, and a co-created joint solution roadmap.
- Build and maintain C-suite and technical-leadership relationships on both sides, orchestrating MCG executive sponsorship into the account.
- Drive expansion across MCG's full power-infrastructure portfolio; grow wallet share and protect the installed base.
- Lead your dedicated account team (1 Inside Sales + 1 Solutions Architect), and pull in Project Management, Estimating, and Services Sales to land complex, multi-phase capital programs.
- Own accurate forecasting and a healthy, well-qualified pipeline in Salesforce through long capital-project cycles.
- Serve as the voice of the customer back into MCG product, delivery, and leadership.
What you bring
- 10+ years of strategic/enterprise account management or capital-equipment sales, ideally in data center, mission-critical power, electrical infrastructure, or industrial capital projects.
- Track record owning $50M+ relationships and orchestrating long, multi-stakeholder, technical sales cycles to close.
- Comfort operating at the executive level and running a consultative, co-creation motion.
- Strong commercial and contractual instincts; disciplined Salesforce/forecasting hygiene.
First-year success
Deepened, multi-year account plans live for every account; measurable expansion in wallet share and pipeline; executive sponsorship active; clean forecast and a protected, growing installed base.
A Note to our Recruitment Partners: We really appreciate the interest, but MCG currently manages hiring through our internal team. We love getting to know our candidates directly! Because of this, we don’t accept unsolicited resumes from agencies at this time. If we ever need an extra hand, we’ll be sure to reach out to the community. Thanks for understanding!
