Staff Product Manager, Longitudinal Patient Record
Counterpart Health
At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we deliver improved outcomes at lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.
We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the longitudinal patient record, one trusted view of the care each patient receives across every setting, from the primary care office to the specialist to a hospital stay. Every Counterpart product builds on this record.
Our clinical data comes from hundreds of sources, including health information exchanges, EHRs, labs, ADT feeds, pharmacy fills, prior authorizations, and claims from our health plan customers. Each one captures part of a patient's care. The longitudinal record connects them into one history of the patient's visits, conditions, medications, and results.
You will ensure completeness and consistency in how those sources come together, so providers walk into each visit with the full picture, care gaps get closed, and quality and risk adjustment programs capture the care patients actually received.
Our AI reasons over the same record, so improvements to the record expand what our AI can reliably do. That work takes clear clinical definitions, sound data modeling, and AI applied where it adds scale, such as classifying documents and connecting records across sources. The result is that every AI tool we build works from the same view of each patient.
You will report to the Director of Product, Clinical Data Products, and lead the Longitudinal Patient Record pod. You will partner closely with engineering, our clinical team, and data consumers across the company.
What you will own and improve
- Product strategy. Set the vision and roadmap for the longitudinal record. Find the highest-value problems across the products and programs that depend on it, and make the trade-offs among completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and investment.
- A trusted record. Define how care events and their dates, settings, providers, and facilities are represented consistently, and how medications, conditions, labs, and procedures connect to those events and to the patient's history over time. Set clinically grounded rules for combining sources that each describe part of the same care, so every fact can be traced to the evidence behind it.
- A unified record of acute events. One record of each hospitalization, ED and post-discharge care management built from multiple sources such as: ADT notifications, prior authorization and admission notices, facility claims, medical records (especially discharge documentation), and where the patient went at discharge. Anyone working with the patient sees the whole stay, from admission through discharge to the next setting of care.
- Data for every use case. The record serves providers at the point of care and the programs that depend on complete care history: quality measurement (HEDIS), risk adjustment and RADV audits, payment integrity, and revenue operations. Providers, quality analysts, and operational teams all work from the same care history.
- How every source becomes part of the record. You own patient matching, deduplication, normalization, and clinical terminology mapping, which turn raw data from each source into a trusted part of the patient's record. Every new source runs through them, so improvements are built once and reused across products.
- Adoption. A canonical field counts only when clinicians use it. You own the path from definition to adoption: requirements, a migration plan per use case, and retiring fragmented, duplicate versions of the same data.
What success looks like
- The record gets more complete, accurate, and timely, and you can show it with numbers.
- Products and programs adopt the shared record and retire their own versions of it.
- New customers and markets reach a usable patient record with less time and less one-off work.
- You can show what those gains changed downstream: more complete evidence for quality and risk adjustment, earlier visibility into admissions and care transitions, and fewer inconsistencies across products.
- You run a clear decision process with clinical and engineering partners, and definitions are documented, adopted, and applied consistently.
You should get in touch if
- You have 8+ years of product management experience, including owning a data platform, data model, or shared data product used by multiple teams.
- You have set product strategy for a platform with many internal consumers and made the trade-offs that came with it.
- You have deep working knowledge of healthcare data and the clinical utility: institutional and professional claims, clinical documents such as C-CDA, FHIR resources, ADT feeds, and lab data. You know what part of a patient's care each covers and where the gaps are.
- You have defined canonical or master data (patient, provider, facility, encounter, clinical concepts) and gotten other teams to adopt it.
- You work in the data yourself: reviewing charts, investigating discrepancies, running analyses, and testing a definition against real records before it ships. You use AI to accelerate that work and know how to validate its output.
- You have led cross-functional projects through influence, setting direction and driving delivery across engineering, clinical, and operations teams you don't directly manage.
- You can point to a time a data improvement you owned contributed to a business result, such as a clinical outcome otherwise missed, avoided patient abrasion through duplication of care, physician time savings not chasing portals, or similar impact.

Staff Product Manager, Search and AI Visibility - US
Luxury Presence
Role Overview
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own how our clients get found in search and AI: more than 20,000 real estate websites, each competing in its own market, with a real business depending on the outcome. This is a platform product, where one good product decision reaches thousands of businesses at once.
Search is being rebuilt in real time. Our clients are evaluated by Google, by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and by every prospective seller who asks an assistant which agent they should call. The best people in this job design for three constituencies at once: the people who visit these sites, the crawlers and AI agents that read them, and the real estate business whose revenue depends on both.
This is a product leadership role. You'll run this area like a business: set the strategy, ship with your own engineering team, and work across design, client success, and sales to make it land. It is not a job for someone who runs audits and hands recommendations to other people. Most real estate professionals will never hire a technical SEO of their own. Our platform is how they get one.
What You'll Do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and results for organic discovery and AI visibility across every site on the platform, including what clients can see, control, and get credit for
- Spend real time with clients and the teams who serve them, and turn what you learn into a clear point of view on what to build next
- Build the business case for your roadmap and tie it to retention, revenue, and client outcomes
- Make our clients' brands, listings, and expertise legible to AI assistants, and define how we measure citations and visibility across answer engines
- Own the technical foundations every client site depends on, partnering with engineering and the team building our next-generation website platform so recurring problems get solved once through better defaults, automation, or safeguards
- Prove changes on representative groups of sites, establish real impact, then scale what works
- Ship with your own engineering and design partners, writing requirements clear enough that the team moves without waiting on you
- Partner with client success, sales, and marketing so launches land and clients understand the value we deliver
Who You Are
- 7+ years of product management, including owning a product line end to end where you were accountable for adoption, client outcomes, and revenue
- You run your area like a business. You build the case before you build the product, tie your roadmap to retention and revenue, and own the result
- Close to your customers. You talk to them often, understand their business, and can explain why something matters in their terms, not just in rankings
- You create momentum in ambiguity. You narrow the problem, make a call, and move before every question is answered
- Strong opinions, honestly tested. You form a point of view, go looking for the counterargument, and change your mind when the evidence says so
- You make complex things simple for non-technical users, favoring smart defaults and guardrails over configuration
- A communicator who can get a room excited, from engineers to executives to client success, and who earns trust across teams you don't manage
- Hands-on experience with SEO or organic growth and a current point of view on AI search, with enough technical depth to be credible with engineers and to know which details actually move results
- Rigorous about measurement. You test before you scale and can tell a result from a coincidence
- Fluent with AI as a working tool, using it to investigate, prototype, and unblock yourself
Preferred Qualifications
- Product experience at a company serving small businesses or solo operators, where customers are busy, non-technical, and judge you on results, such as Shopify, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Square, Yelp, or Thumbtack
- You've owned a marketing product that customers use to grow their own business, such as websites, email, local listings, reviews, or social
- You've made slow or uncertain results visible and credible to customers, in a category like SEO or advertising where impact takes months to show up
- You've worked on a platform where a single change reaches many customers' sites or accounts at once
- You've shipped LLM-powered products to production, especially ones that generate content
- A background in content, editorial, or brand work, and a feel for how a business's voice should change depending on who it's trying to reach
- Founder, GM, or P&L experience
Join us in shaping the future of real estate

The Content-to-Discovery Platform team owns the end-to-end flywheel that turns raw content into the supply that our Pinners discover. As a Staff Product Manager on the team, you'll set direction across four connected pillars: acquisition of content and catalog data; processing, enrichment, and freshness; indexing for shopping and search; and retrieval and serving. You'll partner with engineering, data science, and product leaders across content, shopping, and search to acquire the right supply by category and domain, keep it fresh and accurate, index it with relevance built in, and serve it to the Pinner reliably, at scale, across markets.
What you’ll do:
- Set and drive a multi-year strategy for the end-to-end content-to-discovery flywheel across acquisition, processing, indexing, and retrieval/serving.
- Own the roadmap for the infrastructure supporting content, scraping, and catalog onboarding, ensuring the right supply enters the system by category and domain.
- Drive the extraction, processing, metadata enrichment, and freshness lifecycle, keeping content and catalog data current and trustworthy.
- Own indexing across Shopping and Search
- Own retrieval and serving with an understanding of latency, performance signals, and inventory.
- Define how the org measures freshness, and reliability, and use that data to prioritize investment and demonstrate impact.
- Partner across content, shopping, search, and infrastructure teams, act as the spokesperson for the platform, and mentor peer PMs (not a people-management role).
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in product management or technical leadership, with a record of building and launching content, catalog, or commerce-supply platforms and infrastructure at scale, not solely consumer features.
- Direct experience owning one or more of: content/catalog acquisition and onboarding, data enrichment and freshness pipelines, search or shopping indexing, or low-latency retrieval/serving systems.
- Track record of improving data quality, freshness, or relevance metrics across a large, multi-stage pipeline.
- Strong technical judgment; able to go deep with engineers on tradeoffs across ingestion, indexing, and serving architecture.
- Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and systems.
- Analytical and strategic mindset; comfortable making high-accountability decisions and defining metrics that prove impact.
- Exceptional communication and influence at all levels, from individual engineers to senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees a plus.
This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
At Pinterest we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
Information regarding the culture at Pinterest and benefits available for this position can be found here.
Our Commitment to Inclusion:
