We are seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to join our North America GTM team, specifically supporting our Industry Verticals organization across SLED (State, Local & Education), Higher Education, and Manufacturing. Unlike our general Enterprise business, this role will serve as a dedicated technical and solution partner to sales teams focused on these key industries, helping customers solve the unique operational, technical, and service management challenges within their environments.
As a Lead Solution Engineer, you will combine strong technical expertise, business acumen, and industry knowledge to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling Freshworks solutions. You'll partner closely with Account Executives and GTM leadership throughout the sales cycle, leading technical discovery, developing tailored solution strategies, and delivering demonstrations that connect Freshworks' capabilities directly to the priorities and use cases of customers within our targeted verticals.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a dedicated Solution Engineering partner to our SLED, Higher Education, and Manufacturing sales teams, developing a strong understanding of the unique needs, buying environments, and business challenges within these industries.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and address their most critical business, operational, and technology challenges.
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, conducting technical and business discovery and helping shape the overall solution strategy for active opportunities.
- Gather and translate customer requirements into clearly defined business and technical solutions.
- Build and deliver compelling, customized demonstrations of Freshworks products aligned to industry-specific workflows, use cases, and customer priorities.
- Articulate the value of Freshworks' ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM, and AI capabilities to both technical and executive audiences.
- Develop repeatable vertical-specific demonstrations, solution narratives, and best practices that strengthen our go-to-market approach across SLED, Higher Education, and Manufacturing.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to bring industry insights and customer feedback back into the broader Freshworks organization.
- Stay current on trends, technology priorities, and evolving customer needs across the industries you support.
- Evangelize the refreshing user experience and AI-first capabilities offered by the Freshworks platform.
- 6–8 years of Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar pre-sales experience.
- Experience supporting or selling SaaS solutions into one or more of the following verticals: SLED, Higher Education, or Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of how customer requirements, buying processes, and technology priorities can differ across industry verticals.
- Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM, or related enterprise technology platforms is strongly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex business and technical challenges.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities within a dynamic sales environment.
- Highly driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience positioning or selling AI-enabled solutions is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
We're committed to building a workplace that reflects the diverse world we serve. At Freshworks, you'll find inclusive teams, flexible thinking, and opportunities to grow your career - while making work better for millions.

At Freshworks, we have fostered an environment that enables everyone to find their true potential, purpose, and passion, welcoming colleagues of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and ethnicities. We are committed to providing equal opportunity and believe that diversity in the workplace creates a more vibrant, richer environment that boosts the goals of our employees, communities, and business. Fresh vision. Real impact. Come build it with us.
Organizations everywhere struggle under the crushing costs and complexities of “solutions” that promise to simplify their lives. To create a better experience for their customers and employees. To help them grow. Software is a choice that can make or break a business. Create better or worse experiences. Propel or throttle growth. Business software has become a blocker instead of ways to get work done.
There’s another option. Freshworks. With a fresh vision for how the world works.
Freshworks Inc. builds uncomplicated service software that delivers exceptional employee and customer experiences. Our people-first approach to AI eliminates friction, helping businesses reduce complexity, lower cost-to-serve, and deliver faster, more human support through enterprise-grade yet easy-to-use CX and IT solutions. Nearly 75,000 companies, including Bridgestone, New Balance, Nucor, S&P Global, and Sony Music, trust Freshworks to power their Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX) operations.
Fresh vision. Real impact. Come build it with us.

Victoria Metrics Inc
About VictoriaMetrics
We are the company behind the popular open-source, high-performance time-series database and monitoring solution of the same name: VictoriaMetrics. We’ve also recently introduced our open source logs management solution, VictoriaLogs as well as a new open source database for traces, VictoriaTraces.
Fortune 500 companies use our products as their core observability solution. Our services are used by Spotify, WIX, Grammarly, CERN and thousands others. Our open source products have been downloaded 1B+ times to date.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer who lives in the terminal and is passionate about system performance. In this role, you will be a key technical expert and the bridge between the Enterprise version of our open source Observability platform and our customers' most complex Linux-based infrastructures.
You won't just be selling software; you will be consulting with principal Software Engineers and Development Leads to help them instrument their applications, derive the best solution for their specific footprint, and gain actionable visibility into their distributed systems. As a Senior member of the team, you will focus on handling our most complex technical engagements and working closely with our Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Technical Discovery & Consultation
Partner with Enterprise Sales to lead technical discovery for our largest strategic accounts, digging deep into the customer's current monitoring stack (metrics, logs, traces) and observability needs.
Consult with customers to analyze their infrastructure footprint (On-prem Linux, Cloud, Hybrid) and derive the most efficient, high-performance solution architecture using our Enterprise capabilities.
Act as a trusted advisor on observability and instrumentation best practices, articulating the distinct value of Enterprise features (such as advanced security, multi-tenancy, and downsampling) compared to the open source offering.
Advanced Solution Design & Demonstration
Architect and demonstrate sophisticated use cases for observability.
Lead the design and execution of complex Proof of Concepts (POCs) that prove value by instrumenting real workloads, often requiring hands-on work with Linux agents or OpenTelemetry collectors.
Architect scalable deployment plans for our agents/collectors across large-scale infrastructure (Kubernetes clusters, VMs, bare metal).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Development team to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and provide feedback on product capabilities.
Collaborate with the dedicated Support team to ensure technical success during complex Proof of Concepts and seamless handoffs for new customers.
Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for strategic features that support the evolving landscape of cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., eBPF, WASM).
Create advanced technical content (white papers, blog posts, sample dashboards, scripts) that establishes authority in the engineering community.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
Experience: 5+ years in Pre-Sales, SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles, with a proven track record of managing complex technical sales cycles.
Linux Mastery: You are an expert in the terminal. You know how to troubleshoot CPU spikes, memory leaks, and disk I/O bottlenecks using standard Linux tools (top, strace, tcpdump, vmstat) and can teach others how to do the same.
Observability DNA: Deep understanding of the "Three Pillars" (Logs, Metrics, Traces) and the business value of reducing MTTR (Mean Time To Resolve).
Problem Solving: You approach troubleshooting through the lens of observability. You can diagnose why metrics are missing, identify high-cardinality churn, optimize slow queries, or determine why alerts are failing to trigger.
Technical Skills
OS Internals: Deep knowledge of Linux distributions (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian) and core concepts (Systemd, File Systems, Networking).
Observability Tools: Experience with metrics products such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk, or Datadog.
Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and container principles.
Scripting: Proficiency in Bash and at least one high-level language (Python, Go, or Ruby) for automation.
Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and Load Balancing.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Kubernetes (instrumenting sidecars, DaemonSets, Helm charts) at scale.
Knowledge of at least one SSO provider and authentication workflows.
Advanced proficiency with PromQL for constructing complex queries.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack).
Experience contributing to open-source projects.
Why You'll Love Working Here
Competitive Base Salary.
Remote-first culture / Flexible PTO.
Passionate team members.

Domino Data Lab
Who we are
At Domino, we build software that helps the largest, AI-driven organizations build and operate advanced data science and AI solutions at scale. Our platform integrates a streamlined model development environment, MLOps capabilities, and novel features for collaboration, reuse, and reproducibility — all of which make data science teams more productive, reduce time to value, and ensure compliance. Our customers — like Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bristol Myers, UBS, FINRA and the US Navy — are using our software to solve some of the most important challenges in the world, such as developing new medicines, securing our financial markets, or protecting our country. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, NVIDIA, Snowflake and other leading investors, we have been in business for a decade but are still a small team operating with the spirit of a startup. Especially in the world of AI today, we believe that the future is still being invented — and we want to be the ones building it. For more information, visit www.domino.ai
What we are building
We help F100 Life Sciences organizations envision the full potential of our platform, guiding them from discovery to realization. Our Solutions Engineers craft compelling product demonstrations, design and execute impactful proof-of-concepts, and shape technical strategies that drive successful customer deployments.
What your impact will be
- Engage deeply with the technical problems customers are trying to solve — taking the time to genuinely understand their workflows, constraints, and frustrations before proposing anything. The goal is always to find the best solution for the customer, not to fit them to a predetermined answer.
- Design and run hands-on proof-of-concept projects tailored to each customer's environment: model development for drug discovery, clinical analytics pipelines, regulatory submission workflows, omics data processing, and similar use cases.
- Work with account executives to design architectures that address life sciences-specific requirements around data governance, reproducibility, and validation (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP environments).
- Proactively identify novel use cases within life sciences customers where Domino could create meaningful value — drawing on industry knowledge to surface opportunities that customers may not have considered and that go beyond the initial scope of an engagement.
- Build and maintain reusable technical environments and assets that make future customer engagements faster and more substantive.
- Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Architects to make sure customers who complete a POC are set up to succeed in production.
- Build custom prototypes and applications on top of Domino for customers — using AI-assisted coding tools to move quickly — to demonstrate value in ways that go beyond standard demos. This reflects our directional shift toward Forward Deploy Engineering as a growing part of field work over the next 12 months.
- Success is most visible when customers come away from technical engagements with a clear understanding of how Domino solves their problems — and when those engagements convert to production deployments.
What we look for in this role
- A technical background — from life sciences or from a general tech/solutions environment. You've either worked inside a pharma, biotech, CRO, genomics, or medical device organization doing code-first analytical or scientific work, or you've built and supported technical solutions at a general technology or software company. Either way, you understand what it actually feels like to build and run real systems for real users, and you can translate that experience credibly in front of technical and scientific stakeholders alike.
- Working knowledge of at least one life sciences domain — drug discovery, clinical development, computational biology, manufacturing/QC, or regulatory data management. Credible in front of scientific stakeholders without needing to be a domain expert.
- Platform or tooling ownership experience — ideally you’ve built, operated, or meaningfully contributed to an internal platform or shared scientific computing environment. You’ve influenced or helped shape how that platform served its users, even without a formal product owner title.
- Experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical role — or equivalent internal/consulting work where the job was diagnosing technical problems and helping others solve them, not just executing defined tasks.
- You’ve led or contributed to technical evaluations, pilots, or proof-of-concepts — whether at a vendor, internally, or as a consultant — that drove meaningful adoption or investment decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build: you’ve written production or near-production code to solve a real scientific or operational problem. Experience creating internal tools, pipelines, or applications for scientific teams is a strong signal.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R; hands-on experience with the data science and ML tools used in life sciences technical work. Familiarity with how models get built, validated, and moved toward production in a regulated context is a plus.
What we value
- We strongly believe in the value of growing a diverse team and encourage people of all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, abilities, and sexual orientations to apply
- We value a growth mindset. High-performing creative individuals who dig into problems and see the opportunities for success
- We believe in individuals who seek truth and speak the truth and can be their whole selves at work
- We value all of you that believe improving is always possible. At Domino, everything is a work in progress – we can do better at everything
- We emphasize an environment of teaching and learning to equip employees with the tools needed to be successful in their function and the company
For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.

What We Need:
About AudioGraph: AudioGraph is iHeartMedia’s programmatic broadcast radio platform — the first at scale to let agencies plan, buy, and measure broadcast radio through the same programmatic workflows they use for digital. It connects 860+ stations across 150+ markets to the programmatic ecosystem through DSP integrations, audience targeting, and automated measurement. Why This Role Matters: Sellers need a technical partner who can shorten deal cycles, remove friction, and make AudioGraph feel as easy to buy as digital. This role directly accelerates revenue by helping agencies say yes faster and ensuring every campaign delivers a best‑in‑class experience.
The Role: As Senior Solutions Engineer, you own AudioGraph’s technical go‑to‑market. You lead complex pre‑sale conversations, build repeatable implementation playbooks, and create the operational backbone for a seamless client experience from first pitch through post‑campaign wrap. Your work drives sales effectiveness, deal velocity, and client retention.
What You'll Do:

You are the most technically fluent person on the commercial side of the business—leading complex pre-sale engagements, designing repeatable implementation playbooks, and building the operational infrastructure for a best-in-class customer experience from first pitch through post-campaign wrap-up. You will have direct, measurable impact on sales effectiveness, deal velocity, and client retention.
Sales Effectiveness & Deal Acceleration
Lead technical pre-sale engagements with agency holding companies and mid-market agencies, translating AudioGraph capabilities into solutions that align with their buying workflows, planning tools, and KPIs.
Build reusable pitch assets—technical one-pagers, demo environments, objection-handling frameworks, ROI calculators—that equip sellers to move deals forward without waiting for SE availability.
Reduce time-to-proposal by owning a standardized deal configuration process: audience strategy, market selection, measurement approach, and pricing structure templated and ready to customize.
Participate directly in high-value pitch meetings and RFP responses; own the technical narrative that differentiates AudioGraph from competing audio solutions.
Train and enable the seller base through recurring technical workshops, deal clinics, and 1:1 coaching on how to position AudioGraph’s capabilities.
Operational Excellence & Customer Experience
Design and own the end-to-end client lifecycle playbook.
Ensure seamless handoffs between sales, ad ops, and client services at every stage transition—no client should ever feel like they’re starting over with a new team.
Architect campaign configurations for complex deals including audience layering, frequency management, creative specifications, and cross-platform measurement design.
Platform & Partner Integration
Inform the product roadmap by synthesizing field-level technical feedback into prioritized requirements; participate in sprint reviews and beta testing for new capabilities.
What You'll Need:
5–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or advanced ad operations within programmatic advertising.
Deep understanding of the programmatic supply chain: bid mechanics, deal structures (PMP/PG/preferred deals), header bidding, and SSP-DSP integration patterns.
Direct experience with major DSPs (Amazon, TTD, DV360, Viant, Basis, or equivalent) from a technical integration or partner perspective.
Hands-on proficiency with ad serving platforms (Triton, GAM, FreeWheel, or equivalent), including deal setup, inventory packaging, and log-level troubleshooting.
Strong grasp of audience data architecture: identity graphs, data onboarding, clean rooms, and how audience segments flow through the programmatic pipe.
Experience with measurement and attribution methodologies (pixel-based, exposure file, foot traffic, brand lift) and at least one vendor in the space.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive cross-functional projects without direct authority.
Excellent communication—comfortable presenting to agency leadership and equally comfortable debugging a bid stream with an engineer.
