Partner Solutions Engineer
Pindrop
Who We Are
Pindrop is a cybersecurity company delivering continuous identity verification across voice, video, and digital interactions. Powered by the Pindrop Intelligence Network, our unified trust platform helps enterprises answer three critical questions:
Is this identity synthetic? Detect AI-generated and manipulated voice and video.
Is this identity risky? Identify fraud, suspicious behavior, and other risk signals.
Is this identity known? Authenticate identities using voice, device, behavioral, and other signals.
Pindrop brings this intelligence together across purpose-built trust engines to help organizations make informed decisions in real time — protecting customers, workforce interactions, and emerging AI-driven interactions.
Pindrop protects billions of high-risk interactions for enterprises, including leading financial institutions, insurers, and healthcare organizations. Its technology is informed by more than 8 billion real-world interactions annually and protected by 300+ patents.
Recognized by TIME as one of the 10 Most Influential Software Companies of 2026 and by Inc. for Best in Business for Innovation, Pindrop is backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG.
What you’ll do
As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll help strategic partners understand, position, and demonstrate Pindrop’s value within their own platforms and customer conversations. You’ll work with partner solutions engineering (SE) teams to build clear value narratives and credible demos that show Pindrop in the context of each partner’s solution. You’ll also provide the technical guidance that makes those demos real. Your focus is building repeatable partner motions so partners lead stronger early customer conversations and bring Pindrop into active opportunities with the right context.
- Ask the right questions, recommend best practices, and help partner SE teams connect customer problems, stakeholders, use cases, and outcomes to a clear Pindrop value story.
- Teach partners how to position Pindrop within their own platform and customer motion. Explain product functionality, cloud concepts, and integration choices in plain language.
- Build and coach tailored demo flows that connect the customer’s situation to Pindrop capabilities and expected outcomes, not a standard feature tour.
- Lead enablement and practice sessions on value messaging, use-case positioning, technical integration overviews, demo delivery, and common customer questions.
- Prepare partners for early customer meetings, platform demos, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), prospecting conversations, and active opportunities by adapting the story to each audience.
- Advise partner technical teams on where and how to place Pindrop application programming interfaces (APIs) within contact center as a service (CCaaS) platforms and adjacent workflows. Help them connect systems for a usable first-pass demo integration.
- Create and configure partner demo tenants, sandboxes, and supporting CCaaS environments for repeatable authentication and bot detection scenarios.
- Develop reusable demo scripts, use-case plays, talk tracks, setup guidance, and integration documentation that improve partner consistency and self-service.
- Identify risks that could derail a partner-led demo or integration. Bring in the right internal teams and define a practical path forward without taking on production ownership.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to turn recurring partner questions, product gaps, and integration needs into actionable field feedback.
Who you are
- A translator. You turn customer problems and technical capabilities into value stories, tailored demos, and practical next steps.
- A natural coach and facilitator. You’re comfortable in front of partner SEs, developers, business stakeholders, and internal teams, and you make each of them better at telling the story.
- A pragmatic builder. You keep technical support practical and repeatable, and you know when “ready to demo” is the right bar.
- Clear about boundaries. You know when to use a repeatable approach, when to involve a specialist, and when production ownership belongs with Product, Engineering, or implementation teams.
- Trusted. Partners and internal teams rely on you to communicate value, technical options, limitations, risks, and handoff points honestly.
Your skill-set
Must-haves
- 3+ years in sales engineering, partner engineering, solutions consulting, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role in enterprise software. You can show you’ve turned technical capabilities into clear value narratives and tailored demos.
- Experience enabling or coaching technical sellers, partner SEs, or customer-facing technical teams on positioning and demo delivery, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong experience with CCaaS platforms such as Five9, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or similar ecosystems.
- Experience supporting or building API integrations in customer- or partner-facing environments. You have working knowledge of JavaScript or Python, with enough depth to read, explain, and troubleshoot logic such as Lambda functions in Amazon Connect.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in authentication, fraud prevention, bot detection, contact center technology, or enterprise security. Direct Pindrop experience is not required.
- Hands-on experience building demo tenants or sandbox environments on CCaaS platforms.
What’s in it for you
AI-driven fraud, deepfakes, and bots are changing how enterprises think about trust in the contact center. For many customers, our partners have the first conversation about that problem. In this role, you shape how well that conversation goes.
- Multiply your impact through partners. Every partner SE team you enable carries the Pindrop story into customer conversations you’ll never personally join.
- Represent differentiated, category-defining technology. You’ll position solutions backed by deep expertise, proprietary technology, and 300+ patents, not a commodity product.
- Stay hands-on across the CCaaS ecosystem. You’ll work across Five9, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, and more, building working integrations rather than slideware.
- Operate inside an AI-first organization. With Innovation as our first core value, you’ll be encouraged to use AI to build demos, enablement content, and integration guidance faster.
- Influence what we build. Your field feedback goes directly to Product and Engineering and shapes how Pindrop works within partner platforms.
- Grow as Pindrop grows. You’ll help define a partner motion that’s still being built, and grow your career as we scale it.
What we offer
As a part of Pindrop, you’ll have a direct impact on our growing list of products and the future of security in the voice-driven economy. We hire great people and take care of them. Here’s a snapshot of the benefits we offer:

- Competitive compensation package, including RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) for all employees, so everyone shares in our long-term success.

Please note that the base pay range is a general guideline only. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of commission payments.
Not sure if this is you?
We want a diverse, global team, with a broad range of experience and perspectives. If this job sounds great, but you’re not sure if you qualify, apply anyway! We carefully consider every application and will either move forward with you, find another team that might be a better fit, keep in touch for future opportunities, or thank you for your time.
AI - A Transformative Force
At Pindrop, we view artificial intelligence as a transformative force that, when harnessed responsibly, can unlock unprecedented value for our customers, partners and society and enable and empower us to continue to deliver cutting-edge technology to combat fraud and unblur the lines between what it means to be human versus machine.
Pindrop may use AI tools to help prioritize job applications for human review. The AI tool may analyze your work experience and skills to assess fit for the role, but does not consider your name or contact details. Applications with the strongest match to job requirements are prioritized for human review; not all applications may be individually reviewed.

Here at Pindrop, it is our mission to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment. As an equal opportunity employer, all qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, disability, marital and/or veteran status.

What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.
As a Staff Solutions Engineer, MSSP Ecosystem Partner, you will be tasked with leading and scaling our MSSP partner business across North America, combining deep technical leadership with hands-on, forward-deployed architecture engagements. This role is critical in setting technical strategy, driving adoption at the highest levels, and evangelizing our solutions across the Americas; as a recognized technical authority, you will set the direction for enabling the MSSP ecosystem and represent SentinelOne at the executive level with our most strategic partners. For our most strategic partners, this goes beyond a sales motion: it is an engineering engagement that converts module-by-module selling into a committed, multi-quarter expansion path, making it one of the fastest levers we have for growing revenue per endpoint.
This role requires willingness to travel up to 50 percent.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Shape how prospective and current partners understand the benefits of SentinelOne, explaining technical features and problem-solving the most complex roadblocks while building champions who will be equally as passionate about SentinelOne.
- Embody the Partner SE team's four pillars: build and empower technical champions across partners, leveraging the ecosystem; support partner GTM strategies and co-create joint solutions and offerings; drive technical success across the entire customer and partner journey; and own your franchise and build a network of trusted cohorts.
- Set technical strategy with the Managed partner team to identify and qualify the most strategic partnership opportunities, and resolve the most complex technical blockers to scale the partner business.
- Conduct deep technical discovery of a strategic partner's current deployments, service delivery motions, and legacy product footprint to build a complete current-state architecture map.
- Design a phased architecture roadmap that sequences the partner's path onto the Singularity Platform, including SKU selection, phased sequencing, and margin modeling for their managed service operations, delivered as an executable artifact the partner's CTO can run their business against.
- Partner with the Managed partner team and account leadership to convert these roadmaps into committed, multi-quarter expansion plans and track execution against them; work hands-on with partner engineering teams during roadmap execution, resolving technical blockers and de-risking migration and adoption milestones.
- Own executive-level messaging and escalations, and be accountable for the health of our most complex and highest-impact partner relationships, partnering closely with the SentinelOne field and Product/Engineering leadership.
- Lead the creation of go-to-market initiatives and offerings with SentinelOne's most strategic partners, positioning and integrating SentinelOne's technology within partner technical offerings.
- Bring strategic feedback from partners and end customers, including architecture and margin insights from roadmap engagements, to product management and leadership to shape SentinelOne's solution roadmap.
- Design and oversee technical training programs for partners, and mentor other SEs, including on discovery-to-roadmap methodology, codifying reusable frameworks for the broader team.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- 15 or more years in the field, and 8 or more years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services experience.
- Proven track record of scaling managed partner technical programs at a strategic level, including mentoring other SEs, and proven experience designing and delivering multi-phase technical architecture roadmaps for enterprise, MSSP, or MSP environments, including SKU sequencing and margin/commercial modeling.
- Strong track record operating at the CTO/VP Engineering level with partners or customers, translating technical roadmaps into commercial outcomes, with the commercial fluency to turn a partner's complex, multi-product environment into a clear, sequenced roadmap their engineering and service delivery teams can act on.
- Strong background building relationships with internal sales, product, and executive leadership teams, and experience presenting and defending technical and commercial roadmaps and sales value presentations to varying audiences from architects to C-level executives.
- Exceptional technical, communication, and organizational skills, and deep experience with MSP/MSSPs, distributors, aggregators, CSPs, channel, GSIs, alliances, and strategic partners.
- Previous experience as a practitioner at an MSSP, MSP, MDR, IR partner, or in a SOC.
- Expert-level familiarity with EDR, XDR, SIEM or other data lake solutions, and cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security, and endpoint security solutions, including complex cybersecurity threats and attack vectors.
- Experience working with cloud computing environments and deployments, especially as they relate to security and compliance, including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP (Azure a plus) and modern cloud environments such as containerized workloads, serverless computing, and microservices architectures.
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions, and motivation to drive structural, multi-quarter change in how partners deliver security services to their clients, not just close individual deals.
- Prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Professional Services Consultant, or Practice Lead at an MSSP/MSP, experience with managed service catalog design or managed service P&L, and AWS, GCP, CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP, or other security certifications are preferred.
