THE ROLE:

You will be a part of our product team, working with product managers, investors, clients, designers, and software developers to take their product to the next level. You will be participating in all stages of the software development process and will have a real impact on the product.

Together with their team of enthusiastic software specialists, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining high-quality standards of the projects you work on.

• Several years of experience in Web/Frontend Development
• Some experience with modern tools like ES6, Typescript, Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.
• Some experience with E2E testing frameworks like Cypress
• Some experience with state management frameworks like RxJS or Redux
• Good understanding of CSS and UI creation
• High bar for quality of code, performance, and user experience
• Proficiency in English

About the Role

People10 is looking for aSenior FrontEnd Developerwith 3–4 years of hands-on experience building responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript. The ideal candidate has strong experience translating designs into clean, reusable UI components, integrating with REST APIs, and implementing role-aware, permission-driven interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Development:Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance, and reusable UI components using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• API Integration:Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs, handling loading, error, and edge-case states cleanly.

• Role-Based Access Control:Implement permission-driven UI behavior — conditional rendering, route guards, and feature visibility based on user roles.

• State Management:Manage application and server state using modern patterns and libraries, keeping data flow predictable and maintainable.

• Responsive Design:Ensure consistent functionality and visual quality across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.

• Testing:Write unit and component tests; contribute to automated test coverage as part of the development workflow.

• Collaboration:Work closely with backend engineers, QA, and designers to deliver features end-to-end.

• Code Quality:Maintain clean, well-documented, reusable code through code reviews and established engineering standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional frontend development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience withReactJS and TypeScript.

• Proficiency inHTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience integrating frontend applications withREST APIs.

• Experience buildingresponsive, cross-device UIthat works consistently across browsers and screen sizes.

• Practical experience implementingrole-based access controlor similar permission-driven UI patterns.

• Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI design.

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools(e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in day-to-day engineering workflows is an advantage.

• Experience with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack) and state management libraries (TanStack Query, Zustand, Redux, or similar).

• Experience with component libraries / design systems (Material-UI or equivalent) and form libraries (React Hook Form or similar).

• Experience integrating with Transportation Management System (TMS) APIsor similar logistics/supply-chain platforms is a plus.

• Exposure to mapping/geospatial UI libraries (Mapbox GL JS or similar).

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing (axe-core).

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright).

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
