Role Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Developer/Tech Lead — someone who sees product, engineering, and design as one big creative playground. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy end-to-end AI-driven product features.

• Design and build intuitive user interfaces through code.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python for AI development.

• Proficiency in AI development tools such as Cursor, Vercel, n8n, etc. AI-powered agents. You have experienced its strengths and weaknesses.

• Deep understanding of infrastructure at scale.

• Solid engineering fundamentals with architectural thinking.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• You must be based in Australia.

A empresa busca uma pessoa desenvolvedora sênior, com visão de arquitetura e liderança técnica, para assumir o desenvolvimento e evolução de soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial, automação de processos e Vibe Coding.

Essa é uma posição para quem gosta de construir do zero, tomar decisões técnicas, trabalhar com autonomia e transformar demandas de negócio em soluções escaláveis, seguras e bem estruturadas. A atuação será próxima à liderança técnica, com report direto ao André, em um ambiente de startup, colaborativo, direto e orientado à entrega.

Principais desafios da posição

A pessoa será responsável por liderar tecnicamente a construção de soluções de IA para diferentes clientes, atuando desde o desenho da arquitetura até a execução prática do desenvolvimento.

O escopo envolve definir tecnologias, frameworks, integrações, infraestrutura, padrões de qualidade, segurança, testes e boas práticas para garantir que as soluções tenham robustez, escalabilidade e estabilidade em produção.

Também terá papel de referência para um time júnior, apoiando direcionamento técnico, revisão de soluções, organização das entregas e evolução das práticas de desenvolvimento. Será uma atuação hands-on, com autonomia para propor caminhos, validar ferramentas e estruturar soluções de ponta a ponta.

Perfil buscado

A posição busca uma pessoa com experiência consolidada em desenvolvimento de software, com capacidade real de desenhar arquitetura, tomar decisões técnicas e liderar entregas em ambientes dinâmicos.

Será essencial ter vivência com Vibe Coding ou forte interesse prático no uso de IA para acelerar desenvolvimento, prototipação e construção de soluções. A experiência pode ter sido aplicada em projetos profissionais, estudos, produtos próprios ou iniciativas pessoais bem estruturadas.

Também é importante ter conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas, escalabilidade, integrações, filas, processamento assíncrono, APIs, banco de dados, segurança, testes e boas práticas de engenharia.

Experiência com Linux, ferramentas open source, ambientes cloud, práticas ágeis e gestão técnica de projetos será bastante valorizada. Conhecimentos em Python, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, agentes de IA, DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, RabbitMQ ou Terraform podem fortalecer o perfil, conforme vivência prática da pessoa.
