WHO WE ARE
Adikteev is an AdTech company that helps mobile app publishers grow their revenue through targeted advertising. We deliver personalized ads that drive users to install an app or re-engage with one they've stopped using.
Our clients are mostly mobile gaming leaders but also span e-commerce, on-demand services, and entertainment apps. Recognized for 10+ years as one of the top mobile retargeting platforms, Adikteev now operates globally from Paris, San Francisco, Barcelona and Seoul and has grown to over 120 employees.

In short, Account Managers are the strategic partners of Adikteev's clients. You would own the relationship end-to-end: from onboarding a new client, to making sure their campaigns are live and hitting performance targets, to presenting QBRs and identifying growth opportunities. Act as the region’s retargeting & user-acquisition expert and the trusted strategic advisor to your clients;
Own a portfolio of key accounts end-to-end — from onboarding, to hitting performance targets, to QBRs and long-term growth planning;
Identify and lead upsell and expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales on advanced deals;
Turn account insights into clear, actionable feedback for our Product and BI teams;
Set the standard for onboarding, delivery, and client engagement across the team, and share best practices on working with different app developers.
WHO YOU ARE
You will thrive in this role, and be a great fit for the Account Management team at Adikteev, if you bring:
Experience & background:
5+ years of experience in an account management role;
Exposure to AdTech, ideally on the demand side;

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Skills:
A proactive approach to delivering insights and service to clients;
Strong analytical background and work experience;
Ability to interact with a product team, data scientists and engineers;
Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem (a plus);
Good understanding of tracking solutions, cost aggregation and the broader AdTech ecosystem;
Ability to perform competitive analysis, build long-term client strategy, and lead upselling efforts;
Ability to prepare business reviews (QBRs) and top-notch presentations.
Languages:
Chinese (Mandarin): native or bilingual — mandatory;
Korean: full professional proficiency (business level) — mandatory;
English: full professional proficiency — mandatory;
Japanese: a plus.
PERKS AND BENEFITS
Performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs ;
Longevity bonus every 2 years ;
4 1/2 days work week (Friday afternoons off) ;
1.7 paid leave per month from the 1st month ;
Festive holiday season support for Chuseok & Seollal ;
Flexible remote working policy ;
Mental Health support ;
Medical check-up support.
Most benefits are available to all employees. For remote team members based outside of South Korea, benefits will be aligned with local laws and practices in your country of residence, ensuring support that’s both relevant and compliant wherever you are.
OUR PROCESS
What to expect as you move through our hiring process:
Call with Claire, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner;
Team fit interview with Antoine, Chief Customer Operations Officer and John, Country Manager (Korea);
Use case to complete remotely and present to Ashmita, Lead Account Manager EMEA, and Nadya, VP of Sales EMEA
In-person meeting with the team. You will meet Bill and Jillian, Account Managers together with Junsung, Sales Director APAC and John.
Final interview with Clément, Global Chief Operations Officer and Taoufik, Chief Revenue Officer.
If you require accommodations at any stage of the application process, please let us know. It will be handled confidentially by our HR and recruitment team.
OUR COMMITMENT
We’re proud that our team already spans 22+ nationalities, diverse talent and unique backgrounds, and we want it to grow even more. If this role appeals to you, we welcome your application, even if you don’t meet every single qualification.
